Canceled by Host Right As I Tried to Check In

After traveling for 30+ hours we were looking forward to resting the night of New Years Eve. When we got to the property and messaged the host, she told us it was cancelled, no prior warning. We were left with no where to go, in the dark and rain in an unfamiliar city. It was not a good experience. We should have received notice of the cancellation far before we arrived at the door.
