Superb location

The apartment is very well equipped.The host is great at communicating.We were slightly disappointed that we didn’t have a view of the river - as the photos seem to suggest.

Lovely place in a great area

Sadly, we only stayed one day. This would have been a wonderful place to stay for an entire week or more in Florence. Absolutely adorable, clean, well stocked, easy access, comfortable. It could not have been better, Thank you.

Location location location.

Beautiful area and 3rd floor apartment (4th floor US). Staircase is not for the faint of heart (no elevator), but nothing after what we did all day. Central to most attractions. 10-20 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Michelangelo's Terrace, etc. Check in was seamless, as was checkout and interactions in between. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying at this apartment. It was decorated lovely, convenient to so much- we definitely want to come back. Annalisa was so easy to work with and very accommodating!

Great little place

The apartment is small but very comfortable and plenty of room for four. The unit was actually better than the pictures showed. The manager was very nice but does not speak English. This is a third floor walk up but the stairs are easy.

Perfect little apartment in excellent location

The apartment is exactly as listed which is always a pleasant surprise! And the location really couldn't have been better. Everything we needed in the apartment, good beds, linen and kitchen utensils were fine for cooking simple meals - all the appliances worked well. Annalisa was a lovely and extremely accommodating/helpful host as we dealt with a errant passport and Italian post office - really wouldn't have got it back without her! Highly recommend!!

This is a cozy apartment that is VERY convenient to walk to everything you’d like to do in Firenze. The neighborhood bar/cafes are lovely and the people are friendly. The laundry is not in the unit as advertised. The AC is far too weak to recommend this for warm weather. However, if you are traveling during a season when no AC is needed, then you cannot go wrong. I recommend walking the hill to the Piazze Michelangelo, the view in the evening is amazing!

My husband, son and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location was great! The street is quiet and is walking distance to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was clean and had enough space for the three of us. Annalisa was very responsive. Would recommend! Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. :)

Fabulous Firenze

My 2 teenagers and I stayed at this perfectly located apartment. Steps from the sites: Uffizi, Michelangelo Palzzo, ponte vecchio. We felt very safe, our street was quiet w a number of restaurants steps away.

Great spot to see all in Florence

Such a convenient apartment to all the must sees in Florence. Host responsive. A few stairs to climb but Florence is for walking anyway! Toasty in the summer but evenings are cool and pleasant. Thank you Annalissa!

Inaccurate website informations

The website stated that the property had an elevator . We had to climb 5 flights ( 74 steps) with our luggages. We showed Annalisa and she said that she would notify VRBO of the inaccuracy. There is no washer, BBQ grill or toaster.

Location is fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of getting to all the attractions. We loved being across the River Within 1 block of the bridge. It did get fairly hot while we were visiting and it would have been very nice to have had a fan for both the upstairs and the downstairs sleeping areas. The host gave us great recommendations for restaurants and made it very easy for check in and out! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence.

So disappointed

The photos listed weren’t representative of the rental.We didn’t know that this was a loft apartment where the second bedroom is all exposed with no door to close for privacy from either bedroom and wide open wind the stairs with no handrail which was a real hazard. They also didn’t tell us what floor this apartment was on and that we would be Dragging suitcases up 12 flights of stairs! The bathroom was very tiny and when you turned the shower on the little white plastic floor was leaking water. We were glad to be gone from there.

Nice location, but…

The apartment is in a good location. Close to the main attractions, but across the river from the more crowded sections of town.VRBO listing is not correct for several important details.Listing says there is an elevator. There is not. It is a 3rd floor walk up (4th floor to US visitors).Listing says kitchen has seating for 4. It does not. There is a small table with 3 chairs. Even if there were a 4th chair, there is not enough room for a 4th person to sit and eat at the table.Listing says “laundry facilities” and “washing machine”. They were not in the apartment and there was no information about how to find them, if they exist.The VRBO listing had WiFi log in information that was not correct.When we arrived, the kitchen trash can was still over half full with trash, there were empty olive oil and vinegar bottles in the dish drainer, dishes were still in the dish drainer, paper towel roll had no paper towels, there was a dirty glass in the bathroom, and many areas were quite dusty.The evening we arrived, we could not cook dinner because the gas range/oven would not light. Sent our host a message on VRBO asking about this, but didn’t hear back for 20 hours. Host responded that gas was probably turned off at the wall (it was).Need instructions on how to operate the oven as markings for the dials are worn away and not legible. The kitchen needs more dish/paper towels, a medium size pot with a lid that fits, and a larger frying pan that doesn’t tip over on the burner.

Lovely and quiet.

This apt is in an absolutely perfect location. Everything is walkable, the neighborhood is super quiet with good food on the same street. The loft ceiling is a little low so not great for tall people. Everything was clean, owner response was quick and even allowed us to store our luggage in the garage after check out so we could enjoy the area before heading to the train station. Only downside was the bathroom, a little small and no curtain or door on the shower. Would stay again.

The apartment easily accommodated the 3 of us. It was easy to find and access. Stone’s through from Ponte Vecchio and a 15 minute walk to The Duomo. Nice Flat, don’t expect parking

Nice flat. Clean, linens provided though you make the bed, bathroom towels leave a lot to be desired and couldn’t make the shower work. The listing says that parking is available and that there is on site parking, which is only partly true. I booked this flat because of that and was willing to pay more than surrounding listings. When I reached out to the property manager to enquire I was basically told “good luck” as you need to find a blue lined spot, which is outside of the flat but it’s public parking so first come, first served. Apparently there is a garage, but it’s no longer available. I said the listing should be changed to reflect that it is not guaranteed, it has not yet to be changed. So, don’t expect it or ask ahead. There is nothing on the listing that says you need to enquire about it ahead of time, and you won’t get help from the manager. She was responsive, at least, but I was very disappointed at the inaccurate listing.
