Perfect location, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from Duomo, ,SS Annunziata, 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and S Lorenzo Market.
Situated close to the most artistic landmark of Florence.
Just 5 minutes walking from station and 15 minutes from Florence's airport by car.
On the 3rd floor with elevator.

I live just beside so I can ensure my guest the best staying.

The apartment is very calm and light, surrounding streets are full of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer) and is integrated in the living room.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom.

Living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofa chairs and a table for 4/6 .

The apartment is located in the closed to traffic area, but if you have a car there are really near private and public garages. I can supply further information if needed.

Five church choir members from PA

Terrific location two blocks from Piazza San Marco the most central Tramway stop! This upstairs/downstairs apartment of 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths --plus twin beds in the sitting area beyond the kitchen accommodated us perfectly. Our hostess and her son met our every need, even to promptly discovering then forwarding jewelry one of the girls left behind!

Perfect location in Florence

This apartment was located in a great spot with quick and easy walks to the main sights in Florence. It wss quiet at night and had some good restaurants right nearby. The upstairs bedroom is a little difficult to fet to via the spiral staircase, so plan to leave your luggage in the main level. Overall, the friendly host and great location outwighed the inconvenience of accessing the upper level bedroom and bathroom.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This location was exactly as advertised and was so cute! The location is perfect and central to so many things including the train station. Chiara was amazing and very responsive to all of my communications. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Firenze (Florence)!

Very large apartment. Spacious for my family (2 adults, 2 boys ages 10&13). I love that we had 2 bathrooms. The power did go out if too many things (AC and washer) were running together. So keep lights and AC off for a bit if not needed. Central. 15 min walk to Train station, 3 min walk to Galleria Academia, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Only 1 person at a time in the elevator!Owner left many things in apartment for guest use. Very responsive

Comfortable and homey—perfect for a family base

This is the perfect base for exploring Florence and getting a taste of what it’s like to live there as a local. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, and extremely well equipped. The elevator made getting luggage upstairs easy, and we appreciated how easy Chiara made it to settle in. It was hot during our visit, and having mini-split AC units in the main spaces meant we could cool down after exploring. It’s perfect for a family of four, and I expect that we will stay again on our next trip. Thanks, Chiara! We loved staying at your place!

Our stay in Florence was absolutely delightful! The apartment was clean, quaint, and cozy, offering the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Its central location made it incredibly easy to explore—just a short walk to many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic landmarks. The host was outstanding—extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I recommend restaurant Trattoria Za Za - lots of food options, reasonable price, delicious food.I also highly recommend taking the all-day Tuscany Tour (found on Viator)—a fantastic way to experience Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. This was truly an unforgettable Florence experience!

Close to the Duomo

This apartment is in a good neighbourhood, an easy walk to the Duomo, the Academia and other sights. It is spacious and well equipped and the helpful host is right next door. Having a washer was very beneficial. We loved waking up to church bells.

Apartment was clean and kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pans. Great location to many things and good restaurants nearby. The tram stop was close by for the airport or train station. The only negative is the power went out two nights in a row, but a quick fix in the breaker box, and elevator got stuck one time.

Perfect Place to Stay in Florence

Chiara is a wonderful host and the apartment was spotless and beautiful! She even left us a gift of milk and sponge cakes, which did come in handy on busy days. The apartment is perfectly located in Florence and just a short walk to all attractions. When in Florence, this is the place to stay. It truly was a home away from home.
