Perfect location, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from Duomo, ,SS Annunziata, 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and S Lorenzo Market.
Situated close to the most artistic landmark of Florence.
Just 5 minutes walking from station and 15 minutes from Florence's airport by car.
On the 3rd floor with elevator.

I live just beside so I can ensure my guest the best staying.

The apartment is very calm and light, surrounding streets are full of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer) and is integrated in the living room.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom.

Living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofa chairs and a table for 4/6 .

The apartment is located in the closed to traffic area, but if you have a car there are really near private and public garages. I can supply further information if needed.

Chiara was the perfect host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is is a wonderful location, close to the Duomo, other important landmarks and churches and David. It’s a comfortable place with a great kitchen and a washing machine. The tiny elevator easily got us up and down, in stages. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in fabulous Florence.

Our stay at this property in Florence was wonderful. The property is located central to everything in historic downtown and is very walkable. The property was clean and charming and our host Chiara was personally on site to greet us, explain the keys for entry, and how to get our luggage up the tiny elevator. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us a bottle of apricot juice! There was a nice washing machine available for use complete with detergent. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a really great place in a beautiful city!

Many wonderful restaurants close by.Chiara was very responsive to all questions and concerns and helpful booking our taxis when we ran into any issues.The elevator was handy after long day trips, as an FYI, if taking the elevator down - 0 is the ground floor.The apartment is small, worked for the 3 of us.Once we figured out the hot water system we had hot showers. Upstairs bedroom was quite warm due to the unexpected warm weather, having the windows opened helped with the temperatures.

The only negative is the power went out two nights in a row, but a quick fix in the breaker box, and elevator got stuck one time.
