For those who wish to experience a trip back into a renaissance atmosphere, with all modern amenities, this is a unique opportunity!

Wooden beams, Florentine “cotto” floor, stone doorposts in “pietra serena”, a shower inside a marble basin in the bathroom (as shown in photos) and a noble stone holy emblem in the living room over a wonderful fireplace.

This apartment is located just a stone’s throw from the famous 'Ponte Vecchio' (the medieval 'Old Bridge'), in the Oltrarno area, in front of the Uffizi Museum, just across the river.

From the modern building you incredibly step into a charming apartment provided with a full height window. The kitchenette is compact but equipped to prepare a breakfast.

Sunny and bright, the apartment is composed of a living room with a sofa, a bedroom (with a queen bed 160x190 cm), and a bathroom.

Check-in time: from 3:00PM to 7:00PM. Late check-in after 7:00PM has an extra charge of 50 euros. It is not possible to check-in after 10:00PM.

Fabulous Florence

The location of this apartment was perfect!! In the middle of everything!! Clean, comfortable like a home away from home. Bea was attentive and so helpful. The best memories here.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage tropfte, der Abfluss der Badewanne war schmutzig und das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab, die Badewanne war wenig einladend. Da die Wohnung zur Straße hingeht und die Fenster einfach verglast sind, war es bis weit in die Nacht und ab dem frühen Morgen sehr laut.

Perfect location in Florence

Our host was the best! Made sure we had everything we needed. Communicated quickly. Even recognized us later on the lovely streets of Florence and gave us even more local recommendations. If ever I am in Florence again. I will hope to stay in this beautifully appointed apt.
