this spacious 2 bedroom apartment has been renovated to a high standard and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is situated in a quiet seafront location with stunning sunset views over the sandy beach, which is literally on the doorstep.
All local amenities are within walking distance including Margate train station 5 mins walk (high speed trains to London), and a short stroll to Dreamland, Turner Gallery and Old Towns cafes and restaurants.
The apartment consists of open plan living/dining room and kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and flat screen smart TV/DVD, bedroom 2 has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which sleeps 2 people.

VERY FINE

This is a lovely apartment, indeed with a sea view. Agnes was very helpful, allowed us to arrive early and offered the chance to leave late. Storm Eunice disrupted many of our plans, but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

Great little apartment with a sea view

Great little apartment with a sea view and within walking distance of all Margate has to offer. Sleeps 4 (double/ twin) and an extra sofa bed. Kitchen very well equipped, shower good. Free parking on the street outside. Decor very basic and bedlinen could be improved, but overall was perfect for us.

Great location

The position of the property and view from the window were top notch. Free street parking was available very close to the property. The area in which the property was located was perfect with all the amenities within short walking distance. Inside, the apartment would benefit from some TLC as some aspects of the apartment are looking a bit shabby. The cupboards could do with a bit of a sort out as a lot of old food stuff is left behind and the vast majority of crockery/glasses seem to be an eclectic range of left over bits and pieces. There were 5 of us and there we struggled to find 5 glasses/plates/mugs etc of similar sizes. All that said, it did not detract from our stay and we had a lovely time!
