The house has plenty of space, including a separate dining room, conservatory & two lounges.
There is a lovely secluded garden at the rear and a public park just opposite with a playground - perfect for the little ones.
The house has a large lounge, separate snug/kids room, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom/WC and conservatory/utility on the ground floor. On the first floor is a family bathroom, master bedroom, double bedroom, bunk room and a twin room. The top floor has another large shower room and a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a day bed.
The house is located just off the high street, with a lovely park just opposite. There is a great butchers on the corner, a Coop supermarket opposite and loads of great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main beach (Viking Bay) is 5 minutes walk down the road
The loop bus which goes to both Margate and Ramsgate stops just 2 minutes from the house. The train station is a 7 minute walk with regular trains to Ramsgate, Margate, Canterbury & London

What an amazing place! Great location, really close to the high street and the beach. Such a great house, fantastically clean. So well equipped too. I’d highly recommend a stay at this house.

Bedrooms are very comfortable. A lot of space downstairs with several typical British rooms. Perfect to accommodate family gatherings or parties of 10-11 with kids! Very well organized kitchen and nice outdoor furniture, large enough to eat outside and a bit of room to play as well for the kids. Nice squirrels around. BBQ fee is £25 extra. Perfect location, close to grocery shops: butcher round the corner, Co-Op opposite and 10 minute walk to the sea front. Playground area in Pierremont Hall park accross the street is a plus! Free parking in the streets nearby can be a bit tricky at busy times. Communication with Harmony Hills team is very smooth.
