Punta Grossa Village - TWO-ROOM APARTMENT first floor

A few minutes from the center of Porto Cesareo, the Punta Grossa village is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Ionian coast of Salento.
The village overlooks the sea mirror of the Porto Cesareo Marine Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Arneo Wood and the protected areas of the Conte Marsh and Coastal Dunes and the Castiglione Park with its Spunnulate characteristics.
The village, open all year round, is entirely wired in optical fiber, is equipped with a centralized TV system and is guarded 24 hours a day with private security service. Throughout the Village, there is also the WiFi Zone available for free to guests staying in the structure and who can connect to the Internet using their own device.
The availability of services may vary based on seasonality and occupation.
During the summer the animation service is also active throughout the day, for every age and for every need.

The two-room apartment type E is located in compartment A of the village and can accommodate 2 to 5 people + 1 child in Formula Residence.

It is in fact composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, 2 electric plates and microwave oven, color TV, double sofa bed and wardrobe with orthopedic mattresses, double bedroom and sofa bed, telephone and private safe; bathroom with shower box and hair dryer; a pleasant veranda equipped for eating outside and a second veranda equipped with an outdoor shower and clothesline.

All apartments have independent air conditioning and reserved parking space.
