The living room is spacious and filled with natural light, seamlessly combining the lounge and dining areas, with direct access to the outdoor terrace, creating a smooth connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.



The property offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both benefiting from good natural light and a calm atmosphere. It also features a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a guest bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals in a practical and enjoyable way during your stay.



Outside, the terrace invites you to enjoy the Algarve climate, with a pleasant seating area and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and social moments. The property is part of a well maintained complex with two swimming pools, for adults and children, surrounded by gardens and open views.



Located in Cerro da Águia, this townhouse is close to Albufeira Marina, Galé, beaches, restaurants, bars, and some of the most beautiful landscapes in the region.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Townhouse with a view

The property was as described, well maintained and with a great view and good value. We had a great time. What I did not like was the check-in process. I travelled 6000 miles to come to the Algarve and be told that instructIons would be emailed to me just prior to the official check-in time, assuming that I even had local mobile data service. On top of that the address sent could not be found on Google Maps and I wound up driving up and down narrow and hilly roads until they deemed to send me the specific GPS locationThe accommodation was described as Townhouse Mar 1 and when I arrived at the complex there was nothing there described as such and a mystery to the available residents that I talked to. The information referred to a Lockbox at the door so I walked around and checked out all of the doors that had a lockbox and tried using the combo that was given so it was through the process, Townhouse labelled X. Would have been nice if they told me upfront.We have used VBRO/ Homeaway all of the world and never encountered this type of situation, subsequently we discover that our “ Owner” is Vacation Algarve who manages 300 properties in the region, not used to dealing with this type o group on VRBO

Ich war in der Winterzeit da. ZunĂ€chst sollte in der Winterzeit andere Bettdecken vorhanden sein und es sollte einmal ein Handwerker durch das Hazs gehen und einige Kleinigkeiten erledigen. Steckdose im Bad EG, Dichtungen von Backofen und KĂŒhlschrank usw. Auch sollte das Fernsehenprogramm heutzutage auch deutsche Sender beinhalten.

Nice apartment with basic services

Nice apartment let down by poor fixtures and fittings. Small towels, poor quality pillows, no cleaning during the 2week stay until we chased the management company , then a sheet change. Bins not emptied (even those for used loo paper) had to buy toilet paper and bin bags. Ants in kitchen and living room. Miss matched crockery and glasses. We loved Portugal and the apartment is spacious, but this is not a luxury apartment as described.

Really lovely place. We hired a car so it was perfect location for us. Lovely and quite. The pools were lovely and the accommodation was fab. Schönes Objekt mit kleinen MÀngeln

GerĂ€umige Unterkunft, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Wir hatten anfangs zu wenig GlĂ€ser gehabt, keine Auflaufformen und eine beschĂ€digte Pfanne. Die Markise war beschĂ€digt. Dieses wurde aber umgehend behoben Die Sofas waren bereits sehr abgewohnt. Uns hat ein wenig die GemĂŒtlickeit gefehlt, da keine Bilder an der Wand und die Beleuchtung sehr kalt und ungemĂŒtlich war. Abgesehen davon hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, und die Agentur war jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden auch nochmal buchen.

Appartement sympa, trÚs propre, bien situé possédant tout le confort pour passer de trÚs bonnes vacances. Par contre tarif un peu excessif! TrÚs mal insonorisé, l'appartement voisin peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes donc c'est assez bruyant si une famille est dedans. Le rÚglement n'est pas forcément respecté par tous et le respect également, nourriture et boisson au bord de la piscine (sale), bruit dans la nuit . Piscine en trÚs mauvais état. Mention spéciale au personnel de l'agence vraiment trÚs serviable et agréable! Merci! La visite en bateau proposée est incroyable, à faire absolument.

Townhouse in Albufeira. Fantastic

We were surprised with this is a fabulous spacious three storey town house. There is a great shared swimming pool and a nice garden for sun lounging. The complex is quiet and well kept. After having a 2 hour flight delay, to then arrive at this nice townhouse, was well worth it. The local representative that welcomed us was absolutely great. There were no doubts after her welcome meeting. We used their local transfers and it was the best choice. The drivers were very friendly. We will return for sure.

What makes this property unique

The house has been beautifully furnished and have marble floors including the stairs which are finished with stainless steel and glass handrails. Air-conditioning has been fitted throughout with individually controlled units in each of the two bedrooms and lounge, also have free wireless internet.

It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and each have an en-suite bathroom and fully fitted wardrobes, the 5th and 6th will sleep on sofabed or Zbeds. The master bedroom also benefits from a balcony with beautiful views of the swimming pools, landscaped gardens and the sea.

The bathrooms are fully fitted to a very high standard and the kitchens are fully equipped including fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven.

The spacious terrace with sitting area, brick built barbecue and pool / sea views is a very attractive extension of the lounge/dining area.

Outside: This spacious, tastefully furnished first floor property is located in a beautiful complex with 2 swimming pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children), well-kept gardens.

Albufeira town is located within 5 min. drive (2,5 km), which makes it ideal for families, couples and keen golfers as there are a couple of golf courses a few minutes drive away.

There are several beaches within ten minutes drive, a water park, zoo and a marina. It is also just 5 minutes away from Old Town Albufeira with its many shops, bars and restaurants complete with its own beach.

You can find some bars, restaurants and supermarket in Pateo, just at 1km from the villa.
