The specific Villa Artemis is 150m2 with 800m2 of land, in two levels with 5 bedrooms (two large master with unsuited bathrooms) one more bathroom and one WC with a small shower. The villa is equipped with all the electrical appliances(built in oven and dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, etc. The villa is situated at the best location of the island because it is very hard to find in all the Cycladic islands such a location combining all the major advantages of a summer home that are: first its windless even if the strong northern winds known as Meltemia the unique sandy beach waters of Krios/Marchello, are calm to enjoy the crystal clear turquoise waters without been sand tortured, second the unblocked view towards the sea and the town lights at night that reflect on the sea create a magic scenery, third it’s a very quite location and its only 2km of 30min walk to the main port and town of Parikia and last and most important, the area is characterized as special beauty land.

Travel Assistance : Privet speed boat trips with skipper for island hopping and all kind of water activities and sports can take place on the island.

Lovely stay

We had a pleasure of staying at one of Mythical villa properties for a whole week this July. It's been incredible, starting with warm welcome by property owner Nikos who showed us around the complex as well as gave useful tips about nearby beaches, beautiful spots on the island and best places to dine at. Villa has ample living space with beautiful furnished terrace and dining outdoor area with splendid view over the bay. What a pleasure it was to have our breakfast staring at stunning glimmering water and awe inspiring bay area with traditional whitewashed houses scattered around the rocky hills. The location of the villa is perfect: the most beautiful beach of Paros is walking distance, with all facilities like beach clubs where you can relax on sunbed under umbrella and tavernas to have tasty lunch. Parikia town is short (& scenic) ride away making it ideal for evening visit and keeping the crowds at a distance. The pool area at the complex is private, surrounded by greenery and hidden from the road so you can relax and enjoy peaceful atmosphere. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, decorated with local, natural materials like stone and wood that makes it not only cozy but also stylish. Rooms are equipped with AC and en suite bathrooms as well as everything needed for comfortable stay: iron, bath amenities, beach towels, there is even washing machine for guests use. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) makes it easy to prepare and enjoy the meals family-style

Great location, friendly owner, they went above to make us feel comfortable with great advice.

the property is very well located walking distance from best beaches in Paros. smaller then the pictures give impression but still beautiful. we were 10 adult and was comfortable.

Our group of 8 adults had a fantastic time in Paros!

We arrived in the mid afternoon to a beautiful spread of local foods, a few shots of the local digestive and a tremendous welcome by our host Nikos. The house is really well laid out and has plenty of space for a big group. The bedrooms are all on the lower level and are nice and quiet. Nikos was full of great information and ideas of what we should see and do on this beautiful Island. The house is situated in a tidy little area a short walk from the village of Parikia, the main port of Paros. The house is well stocked with all the necessities for a group, laundry, a kitchen with all the amenities and comfortable seating areas that were perfect to sit around and relax after our day of touring the island. Nikos entertained us with stories and took us to visit his fathers exceptional home where we were spoiled with an amazing view of the sunset and more local fare. Our group thoroughly enjoyed an evening at the Villa with a sumptuous meal prepared by Leila and Christina, whose culinary skills are sure to make anyone a lover of local Greek cooking. I would suggest a rental vehicle if you’re not into walking far, or use the services of Gianis, from Athenus cars to drive you to your destinations. We visited several of the local restaurants and were never disappointed with the food, the service or the wine. The whole experience in Paros was delightful and we will be happy to return. Thanks for taking such good care of us Nikos!
