About this property

We moved to Buenos Aires recently and we wanted to leave the apartment as we designed and equipped it. We want you to have a comfortable and cozy stay full of details that are what end up making the holidays unforgettable. For design and comfort lovers, our department is a great option. The service staff will offer you breakfast every day and will be available from 7am to 4pm to help you with whatever you need. Equipped with the necessary to have a comfortable stay, from a movie projector to 600 thread count sheets. Enjoy our mural Elliot Tupac (renowned urban artist from Peru). Find some of the best restaurants in the world within walking distance.
In our department you will find:
Designer furniture New appliances (Bosch, LG, Oster). HD movie projector. Cable TV with HD channels. Wifi 24/7. Bicycles to tour the city. 600 thread sheets. Down comforters. Pool and grill area.
The department is located in Miraflores, a district that balances tradition and modernity; In it you can find museums, gastronomy, nature, sea and other details that make it one of the most attractive districts in Peru. The most picturesque boardwalk is 3 blocks from our apartment. Larco Mar (gastronomic and trendy center) is 15 minutes away (walking).

Beautiful Apartment in Miraflores

Delightful modern apartment located in an excellent building close to the cliffs in Miraflores. Very comfortable with excellent amenities. Building has a doorman so is very safe. The owner provides access to a housekeeper who came in every day to make breakfast, and clean 3 times a week. Small balcony overlooking the street and park provides a great place to sit first thing in the morning or evening. Really great experience and a perfect apartment for exploring Lima!

Clean, beautiful, and great location

Our stay in Miraflores came after a 4 day hiking trek to Machu Pichu. We appreciated the pampering after days spent in a tent. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. Kesley met us at the apartment to show us around and give us instructions. Our spanish is very limited, but she was able to help us with the use of a translator on her phone. She came every morning to make our breakfast, clean the dishes, and take away the trash. We had a problem with the water heater not working on our first night, and she came right over to address the problem. Andres was also easily available with the Whatsapp on our phone. They both were very attentive at getting the heater fixed the next day. We had a 10:00 pm flight on our last day, and Andres was kind enough to let us remain in the apartment until 6:00 pm. Thank you again Andres! The full size washer and dryer in the unit were much appreciated. Parks, restaurants, and groceries are all within easy walking distance and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The building looks new and a 24 hour doorman is at the entry. Would not give one hesitation at recommending this property.
