Beautiful apartment of 2 main rooms in the residence "Les Arches" with 2 lifts including one for Shabbat. Ideally located near the beach and the city center, shops, restaurants and Kikar. The apartment is comfortable: fully equipped semi-open kitchen with washing machine, reversible air conditioning (hot-cold) in the room. Bench convertible for 2 beds in the living room also air-conditioned. Very clean. Neat decoration. Decreasing rates according to the duration. No deposit. No supplement. No unpleasant surprises. All inclusive. Sheets and towels included. Payment 20% upon booking.
