Fabulous view

The apartment was lovely and the website should have included the terrace which one can sit and enjoy the fabulous view. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning especially as it was so hot and humid. Altogether a fabulous experience and there were two restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful vacation spot

Our adult children stayed at this property and it was a great size in a very good location near the center of the town for going to restaurants and the pools and meeting family. The master bedroom was quite hot and it doesn't have good air flow, so a few more fans might have made it more comfortable on the hot nights. It's not usually very hot on the island, so this is not a big problem. The WIFI worked best on the third floor, but was difficult to connect in the rest of the house, and the circuits tripped when the oven was used. These were minor problems, and we did not bother to contact the owner , so they might have been remedied easily and we would not discourage anyone from renting this property. The the owner was very communicative and her agent, Jose, was easy to reach too. We were happy to be with family and didn't do a lot of cooking so we didn't mind a few imperfections and never notified anyone. Overall, a great place to stay with good space in a good location, clean and pleasant! We love the island, and especially Lagoa!

Thank you for having enjoyed your stay. I appreciate your tips, this year was really unusual with a lot of humidity and high temperatures. However, apart from the fans in the bedrooms and living room, they possibly didn't notice a portable air conditioner that is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It's a pity you didn't let me know to improve your stay. Regarding the difficulty of accessing the internet, due to the plates, I will find devices to distribute the signal to the other floors.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet direkt am Hafen. Mehrere Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in 1-2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Meer, Meerwasserpool und Hafen ist toll.Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden.Durch die Pflastersteine etwas lauter wenn ein Auto vorbeifährt.Eine schöne Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen.

Très bon séjour et causes des problèmes de communication

Nous avons eté très bien acceuillis: les difficultés de communication avec la gestionnaire pour prendre contact sont propablement reliées à l"implantation d'une nouvelle version de la plateforme VRBO et non pas à la gestionnaire ou propriétaire de la Maison jaune. Finalement, après divers essais et un certain stress, tout est tombé en place. J'ai envoyé un message mentionnant notre arrivée vers 16h à la maison jaune. À notre arrivée, une personne en débarrait la.porte et elle nous a donné les informations requises et nous a montré les attentions supplémentaires (ex: fruits et bierres laissés à notre disposition). Tout a bien été. La vue est magnifique de tous les étages: c'était ce qui m'avait incitée à choisir ce logement en plus du fait que Lagoa est bien située par rapport aux routes et au milieu entre l'est et l'ouest de l'île. Nous ne l'avons pas regretté et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Un petit bémol pour les.personnes plus âgées que nous sommes: 3 étages sans rampe est un exercice quotidien à considérer en vieillissant. Une peite note: un plan de la ville de Lagoa aurait été utile. Le GPS de mon téléphone a été bien sollicité. J'avais cherché sur internet un plan de la ville avant notre départ mais n'avait pas trouvé. L'Office de tourisme m'a remis une feuille de codes Qr mais il a fallu une 2e visite à cet office en allant à Ponta Delgada pour que l'on m'indique où trouver une telle carte: ce n'était pas évident.

What a great spot. Could have spent the whole week sitting on the balcony taking in the amazing view and watching the fishermen. Also the local pool was brilliant, the kids loved it.

Mooi nieuw vakantiehuis

Mooi ruim vakantiehuis van 3 etages. 2 slaapkamers waarvan één met schuifbed. Één ruime badkamer met douche en wc op 1e etage.waar tevens de twee slaapkamers zijn. Op beganegrond nog een wc met wasbak. Moderne keuken en eettafel op begane grond daar is ook een zithoek met bankstel. Op derde etage mooi groot dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op haventje Lagoa en zee. Twee ligstoelen en hangmat en zitzak op dakterras. Op derde etage grote tv, tafel en slaapbank. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht op zee en haventje Lagoa. Enige minpunt is geluid van auto's en brommers die regelmatig over de weg met keien voor het huis voorbij rijden.

Schöner Wohnen in Lagoa

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen-mehr wohnen geht nicht! Traumhafte Lage direkt am Hafen , super Restaurants vor der Haustür und sehr zentral um die Insel zu erkunden. Als Begrüßung gab es Inselinformationen, 1. Flasche Wein, Milch, Obst und Kekse. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet( Waschmaschine +Pulver, Hängematte auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse, viele Handtücher....

Tolles Haus über 3 Etagen mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleine Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster vor dem Haus. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist hiervon aber nichts zu hören.

Excellent holiday house with direct view to the sea, very well equipped

The house is very nice and facing the sea, the kitchen downstairs has really everything you need in case you want to cook. Otherwise there's very nice restaurants nearby. Even though we arrived very late at 12.45pm it was no problem at all and we were warmly welcomed to the house. It was so great to have some local products to taste which we greatly enjoyed. The sleeping rooms were spacious as easily fitted an extra baby bed. It was very great that the curtains could be fully closed so the kids could sleep very well, we can imagine that this would also be much appreciated in summer. There's a great balcony on the top with furniture to relax. On the upper part there's also a big screen and sofa where you could relax and enjoy the rising sun. The location of Lagoa is really great to discover the island as you're actually in the middle of the Island. The communication with Maria was always quick and very supportive. She wants to make sure you relax enjoy your holidays.

The Florian family were a spectacular guest. Communication with them was very good. Although they had three small children, they were very careful about the house and left everything organized. Highly recommend them as guests!
