Located across the road from Mullins Beach, the villa offers uninterrupted ocean views across the bay from the property. Three of the four bedrooms offer a delightful view of the gardens, Mullins Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond and are located on the top floor. The fourth bedroom is positioned in the basement, though not underground.

All four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. Decorated to perfection and with comfort in mind, the villa contains large high-res flat screen televisions, and high-speed fibre internet service.

There is a glorious outdoor pool and shower, and for outdoor dining guests can enjoy the private gazebo equipped with an 8-seater dining table and barbeque grill. When lounging by the pool, relax and forget all your worries while enjoying a refreshing rum punch made by your onsite cook.

This is an excellent option for a Barbados villa rental with friends or a family getaway. Your rental includes the services of a cook and housekeeper, 6 days per week excluding public holidays.

We can arrange transfers from the airport for you, a car rental if required and we can even arrange to have groceries at the villa for your arrival. All these services are payable locally once you are in Barbados.

The cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.

Please note that beaches in Barbados are affected throughout the year by changes in weather and currents, which result in sand deposition and erosion.

​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
