Luxury Modern, Immaculate 2 Bedroom 2 Bath- NYC, Harbor And Hudson River Views
Modern, clean, open space, top of the line everything. If you like to cook, our kitchen is a dream, with 2 ovens, an additional convection oven, gas stove, more than ample granite top counter space, wine refrigerator, Bosch dish washer. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are private and located in the apartment. 15 big windows with wonderful views from every room of Manhattan, the boats and cruise ships coming in and out of NY harbor, the Hudson River. Luxury living just 10 minutes from mid-town with a variety of buses stopping frequently directly in front of the building.
Everything you might need is supplied- wireless internet, dishes, silverware, glassware, linen, towels, etc.
We have an enormous soaking tub as well- great after a long day out on the town in Manhattan.
Available only for minimum rental of 30 days! No short term rentals, sorry! Rentals longer than 3 months can be discounted. No smoking, no pets.
