Schƶne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die KĆ¼che. Leider spricht der Vermieter nur franzƶsisch und nicht Deutsch und Englisch, wie in der Anzeige angegeben. RĆ¼ckantworten erfolgten immer sehr schnell per E-Mail. Bei einem Problem war eine Ansprechperson immer sehr schnell vor Ort. Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kƶnnen die Ferienwohnung unbedenklich weiter empfehlen.

Beau logement bien ƩquipƩ

Points positifs : Tres joliment agencĆ©, spacieux, trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ© avec terrasse jardin et pĆ©tanque. Lieu calme, pas loin d'un supermarchĆ© et d'une boulangerie....et de la plage de Prunette. Points nĆ©gatif : Nous n'avons pas pu fermer le portail et donc cloturer (pour notre chien) car notre voiture etait trop longue et le proprietaire ne pouvait donner l'acces a son garage car il y stocke ses effets personnels. La propretĆ© du logement laisse un peu a dĆ©sirĆ© a mon goĆ»t (toiles d'araignĆ©e dans les coins, miettes dans le tiroir a couverts, traces d'origine inconnue sur le catelles de la douche, BBQ pas nettoyĆ©...) Le gazon n'Ć©tait pas tondu (herbe assez hautes) mais cela a ete fait le lendemain. Merci au proprietaire toujours disponible (par tel). Poi t

Maison rĆ©cente, propre, trĆØs pratique et bien Ć©quipĆ©e, proche de plusieurs commerces et de la plage de Prunete. PossibilitĆ© de garer deux voitures Ć  lā€™abri, Ć  condition de ne pas avoir un break de cinq mĆØtres de long. Rue calme, jardin hermĆ©tiquement clos, ce qui est apprĆ©ciable lorsque lā€™on a un chien. Le fait que le propriĆ©taire accepte les chiens est un vrai plus. Au final, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette location.

Ruhige Lage, nahe am Meer

Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Osten und das innere Korsikas zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Optimal fĆ¼r 3 Personen. Das Auto kann in der Garage gestellt werden. Der Strand ist fuƟlƤufig erreichbar.

SƩjour en famille idƩal Ơ Cervione pas loin de la plage

Nous venons de passer un super sĆ©jour en famille (2adultes 2 enfants 4 ans 1/2 et 1 an) de deux semaines chez RenĆ© Ć  Cervione. La maison est vraiment agrĆ©able, lumineuse, super bien Ć©quipĆ©e, jusqu'Ć  la trancheuse de charcuterie, on s'est fait plaisir et on a manquĆ© de rien! La plage n'est pas loin, environ 15 minutes Ć  pieds, et la boulangerie (dĆ©licieux produits) et Super U Ć  5 minutes, super pratique. Nous n'avons manquĆ© de rien, on s'est senti comme Ć  la maison. Terrasse ombragĆ©e agrĆ©able pour manger dehors, avec barbecue plancha, et petit jardin bien sympathique. Un petit plus pour la clim dans la chambre et l'espace sĆ©jour, nous n'avons pas trop souffert des chaleurs et avons bien dormis. Il manquait cependant peut ĆŖtre juste deux barriĆØres pour l'escalier, afin de sĆ©curiser celui-ci avec des enfants. Merci RenĆ©, et Ć  bientĆ“t. Edwige Thomas et leurs 2 loulous

Schƶnes, neues Ferienhaus - gerne wieder

Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck, man merkt, dass es vom Besitzer bewohnt wird, die Ausstattung ist ziemlich komplett. Die Kommunikation mit Rene verlief unkompliziert, zĆ¼gig und konstruktiv. Lediglich der Checkin/Checkout mit der beauftragten Dame war etwas kurz angebunden, was dem Gesamteindruck jedoch keinen Abbruch tut.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ein sehr schƶnes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort ausgestattet Ein Stellplatz fĆ¼r das Auto ist ebenfalls vorhanden . Unserer Meinung ist das Haus ideal fĆ¼r 3 Personen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter stand uns jederzeit und bei jeder Frage zur VerfĆ¼gung. Ein kilometer langer Strand, einige Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und ein BƤcker sind in wenigen Gehminuten (5 bis 10) zu erreichen. Bastia ist ca. 1 Autostunde entfernt, Bonifacio ca. 2 Autostunden. FĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Lage kann ich das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen.

Une trĆØs belle surprise

La maison est trĆØs fonctionnelle et idĆ©alement placĆ©e pour aller Ć  la plage et les commerces de proximitĆ© sont vraiment adĆ©quats. Le barbecue Ć  l'extĆ©rieur est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable tout comme la clim dans toutes les piĆØces. Je confirme Ć©galement que l'endroit est vraiment trĆØs calme. Enfin merci Ć  la disponibilitĆ© du propriĆ©taire qui reste joignable pour toute question

Sehr zufrieden

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Objekt war sehr schƶn. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sprich spĆ¼lmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, kochmƶglichkeiten usw war alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, auf englisch oder franzƶsisch, lief super Ć¼ber die Fewo App. Einzig die schlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe verlief etwas holprig, da die Dame vor Ort weder deutsch noch englisch, sonder franzƶsisch oder italienisch, sprach und mein schulfranzƶsisch leider etwas eingerostet war. Aber mit HƤnden und FĆ¼ĆŸen haben wir es hinbekommen und sehr nett war die Dame auch, von daher ging es irgendwie. Der Strand ist zu FuƟ etwa 6-7 min entfernt und mit dem Auto in 2-3 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man auch in wenigen Minuten an Menschenleere StrƤnde fahren, was wir ganz schƶn fanden. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten, BƤcker, GeschƤft und kiosk sowie Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kƶnnen die Anlage und den Ort sehr weiterempfehlen

Appartement en duplex impecable. Situe idealement entre la montagne et la mer. Equipement de la Cuisine et la salle de bain extraordinaire. Le garage et a votre disposition pour rester tranquille pendant le sejour. Partout la proprete etonne. La proximite des commerces facilite la vie cotidienne. J'ai rarement Ć©tĆ© dans une location autant Ć©quipĆ©e... Clim, BBQ (au gaz), VTT, transat, robot, lave vaisselle, belle machine Ć  laver, 2tv, chaĆ®ne hifi, ustensiles de cuisines nombreux, fer et planche Ć  repasser, sĆØche cheveux, nombreux placards de rangements etc etc, la litterie est confortable. Elle est dĆ©corĆ©e avec goĆ»t avec un mobilier moderne. La propriĆ©tĆ© est Ć©galement idĆ©alement situĆ©e, la vue sur la montagne, et Ć  10min (Ć  pied) Ć  peine de la plage "la prunete" , tabac/presse, boulangerie, supermarchĆ© "Util" entre 5 Ć  10min Ć  pied. Aucune critique nĆ©gative ! Le propriĆ©taire est Ć  l'Ć©coute et toujours disponible ! Un grand merci beaucoup pour ces 15jrs...
