'Just 2 hours from the airport in Catania. An easy ride on the motorway. The perfect place for a quiet and peaceful vacation, placed at the end of a row of houses. The last house before the beach. Very suitable for families with children. Its just a short walk in flipflops to take a morning dip in the ocean on your very own 'private' mediterranean beach. If you want to get around its a great base for excursions to Milazzo, Messina, Taormina, the Eolian Islands, Mount Etna, majestic forested mountains with pittoresqe villages, Tindari Monastery, Tindari bay at Marinello, and much much more. Its a semidetached house. The house has a garden facing the beach, and there is a nice view from the balconies. You can see the majecstic and impressive Tindari Monastery and the closest of the Eolian Islands, Volcano. In the back there is a cozy backyard with trees and flowers. A great place to have your meals. There is a brick barbeque and pizza oven and an enclosed shower area so that you dont need to drag all the sand into the house when you get back from the beach. The neighboring farmer comes by regularly to offer his own produce (vegetables, cheese, sausages, vine and olive oil) out of the back of his car. The Ice Cream man also comes calling. This fine, spacious, comfortable and well furnished villa is located in a quiet area in the northern part of Sicily in the bay of Tindari, directly on the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The villa is made unique by the surrounding natural scenario that provides a magic atmosphere. Being situated on the beach it allows from its balconies a breathtaking view of the AEOLIAN ISLANDS, Tyndaris, and Cape Milazzo. You can also admire all around the mountains, the eucalyptus trees, the lemon gardens ..
The villa offers a wide garden with palmtrees where to spend peaceful moments, also in summer, hearing the sounds of the waves. It's an excellent base to explore the Eastern part of Sicily, as it lies halfway between Taormina and Cefalù.

--Details about the house: The Villa is divided into two semi-detached houses with separate entrances. They are exactly the same except for the furnishing, so it is also recommended for two families or groups up to 26 people. Each house is on three levels. Entering the front door, on the right, there is the living area (sitting and dining) with access to the outside veranda on a wide beautiful garden with garden furniture, close to the beach. On the left, a big and fully equipped kitchen gives access to a spacious back garden equipped with two dining tables, a barbecue, a stone oven and an external shower. Some stairs take you to the first floor which is home of three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and two balconies to enjoy charming views on the bay and mountains. On the second floor there is a big room with a double bed and three single beds, a terrace for simply spectacular views.
