The UHC ARCO DEL SOL FAMILY COMPLEX residence has a privileged location on the beachfront of Playa del Arenal, awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters.



The centre of L'Hospitalet del L'Infant is 1.5km from the complex. It is the perfect place to spend a few days of relaxation with family. Without mass tourism, you can enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and the proximity of a mountainous area for outdoor activities. There is a wide range of possibilities to explore in the surrounding area.



DISTRIBUTION

This cosy apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Fully equipped American kitchen and living-dining room with sofa bed and access to a large terrace with sea views. Air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom.



The building has a communal garden with sun loungers and 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children).



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Perfect for families with small children.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

L’emplacement est idéal, logement climatisé et equipé. Résidence parfaitement entretenue. Résidants très accueillant. Idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme. Certains éléments de l’appartement étaient très vétuste. Pas de retour de l’agence suite à mon signalement 3 jours après notre arrivée. Les chaises longues autour de la piscine étaient pour une grande majorité cassées. Dommage.

Tout c’est très bien passé. Le seul problème plutôt significatif est que l’on doit récupérer les clés du logements a Salou. Ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce et cela implique un détour lors de notre arrivé avec des bouchons. Rien a dire sur l’appartement qui est parfait avec un bel emplacement. Merci

todo correcto los cambios del mobiliario el a,acondicionado etc todo ok dejo pilas nuevas en mando de tv y parking. tema comunidad arreglar la rampa de subida de acceso al parking por la calle .esta muy mal. gracias por su atencion como siempre ,un saludo pedro moreno .

Séjour calme et reposant

Résidence très agréable et très bien entretenue. Appartement vue sur plage et piscine idéal pour les enfants. Dommage que celui ci manque de modernité ( pas de climatisation, canapé très usé,pas de wifi ) .
