Luxury 2 bedroom with sea view and private plunge pool

Enjoy a luxury 2 bedroom apartment with a amazing private terrace with your own plunge pool overlooking the ocean and the beach that is just out side the building complex.

High standard through out the apartment with access to two extra outside pools with child safe pools on the side, on top of your own private pool. The property also have its own gym, paddle court and heated in-house pool and sauna area that you can use.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 single beds (one can be converted to a double bed) and access to their own toilet and shower.

Sitting on your private terrace you have stunning views of the palms along the beach and the ocean.

You have a beach bar that serves drinks and food just outside on the beach (open during high season) and with a couple of minutes walk you can reach Melia Hotel (prev. Kempinski) as well as Laguna village with amazing restaurants including the famous Pacha Beach.

Walking the coastal road the other way you can reach the lovely town of Estepona and the beautiful old town and Estepona Harbour.

A short taxi ride away you can reach one of the many golf courses that is located on Costa del sol or why not visit the famous Puerto Banus and its marina.

This is a great apartment if you want to get away and spoil yourself or planning a golfing vacation

Everything was great other than the “Heated Pool.” The pool took about 3 days to even get to a level of heat that my daughter, who is 10, could stand being in there. We booked this specifically for the “private heated pool.”Before you book, please make sure you are booking in the summer or are wanting a “warm” pool instead of a “heated private pool.” Luckily, there was a pool on the property that we could use. But I don’t like paying a premium for things that I can’t use.Other than that, the place is perfect.

Had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment. Everything was as the pictures on website and all worked well . The area is beautiful with views of Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Lovely beach restaurant/bar just outside which we visited every day. Communication with owner and agent was flawless .

Everything was great, the property was presented as the photo's, we had a water issue when arrived but totally addressed with expedience by the property manager and the owner. The car park is tight but plenty of parking around the site, very quite, easy access to the shore, very comfortable - great stay

Fabulous apartment in wonderful location

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful apartment with our teenagers. Waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean was a highlight for us, along with the beautiful pools, well maintained grounds, and easy location. Vegan cafe within walking distance was another bonus, and kids really appreciated the WiFi and Netflix access! Apartment is spacious, clean, well kept and has everything you might need for your stay. Easy communication with owners and property managers was appreciated too. Would definitely book again - it would be a perfect spot for writing up my thesis.

We loved this property. The terrace was amazing with a private pool and views of the Mediterranean. There are a few problems that the host is working on. The lights go on and off at all weird hours waking us up several times during the night. The dishwasher is not working. But the host is aware and certainly will be taking care of these issues promptly.

Ha cumplido las expectativas. Un buen sitio tanto como si lo tomas como base para desde ahí hacer excursiones por la provincia (fue nuestro caso), como si no quieres moverte ya que tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar, piscinas comunitarias, césped con tumbonas a pie de playa, padel, basket, piscina privada, cerquita de Estepona,….

Hemos estado super bien. Hemos disfrutado muchisimo del apartamento. No le falta de nada y es muy confortable y comodo. Las camas a mi parecer son muy comodas. La terraza es espectacular. Tiene su barbacoa y todas las comodidades. La cocina muy completa y no falta de nada. Muy agradable la piscina, la hemos usado muchisimo. Kay y Clive encantadores, nos ayudan en todo y atienden todas las dudas en todo momento. El dueño Henrik un encanto y muy agradable. Ha sido un placer estar en su apartamento y esperamos volver.

Very nice location and private pool

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Especially the private pool on the terrace! The apartment was very clean and it had a nice location, close to Marbella and Gibraltar. Many facilities at the complex but Unfortunately we did not get to use them due to lack of time.

Me and my wife are Swedish and bought this place to have a great summer place. We have now relocated and live in Gibraltar.

Since living in Gibraltar we still often use this great apartment when it is not occupied.

Why they chose this property

This is a lovely, calm area right on the beach where you can spend weeks without a car if need be. You can just enjoy staying at home and be on the balcony or enjoy the complex with its pools and gym/sauna facilities.

It is also ideal for a base for visiting the neighboring places like Marbella,Puerto Banus, Ronda and Gibraltar.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views from the balcony or master bed room straight on to the ocean and you can really feel that you are right on the beach.

With heated indoor pool and sauna you will enjoy this place year round.

It is a great place to relax, sunbath, golf or if you just want to enjoy a break from daily life.
