"2 Towers Apartment" is located in the historic center of the city of Ponta Delgada close to everything you need without needing a car! It has a privileged view to the center of Ponta Delgada and to 2 emblematic towers of the city that are only 200 m away: the Tower of the Mother Church and the Sineira Tower. The latter is currently the main building of the Ponta Delgada City Hall.
The apartment is new, modern and has been decorated to think of your comfort! We are sure that the house will provide you with a comforting rest, after a day full of emotions. In the living room, the sofa is comfortable and with leg rest. The kitchen is equipped with the utensils and appliances you need for your meals. The bed room is large with a carefully chosen mattress and pillows for a peaceful sleep. You will also benefit from an outdoor space where you can dine.

Located in the perfect spot. Free parking after 7pm until 8am very near the home. Easy walking to the shops and activities of historic Ponte Delgada. Super simple to get the car out and on its way to all the island beauty. We would most definitely return.

We really enjoyed this Vrbo. The apartment was just as it shows in the photos and the location was great. Close to the busy center but far enough away not to bother us at night. The cooking spices/oils was a nice touch. Communication with the host was awesome.

Great location

Everything went great on our Azores trip. The apartment was perfect location for us to get around the island. Parking was pretty easy as soon as we figured it out. There were several restaurants in the neighborhood that we enjoyed. Everything went great.

I stayed in Mario’s and Marcilia’s 2 Towers Apartment for four weeks. The location is attractive and gives you easy access to Ponta Delgada’s landmarks, shops, restaurants, etc. The hosts answered all my questions promptly. I can highly recommend this property.

We recently stayed in Marcilia and Mario's apartment. We found them to be very accommodating and responsive to any questions or enquiries we made. The accomodations are very clean and modern, being in an excellent location making walking to numerous restaurants and sights very easy. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures. The only recommendation we would make is to have a fan available, as the apartment does not have airconditioning. Thanks for everything.

Amazing Apartment

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier! It is cozy yet comfortably spacious and has everything g you need! The view from the balcony is lovely and we enjoyed afternoons reading outside. It is also walking distance to everything and you can’t beat the convenience. We didn’t want to cook while we were here but were able to walk to cafes for breakfast/lunch and even for dinner all the best restaurants were a quick walk away. We took a taxi a few times to other areas of Sao Miguel but could have spent the entire time in Ponta Delgada and walked to everything. Our hosts were very gracious and very communicative and let us in early and leave late in accordance with our flights. They had great recommendations for things to do and see on the island as well. We highly recommend staying here!

Eine schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in sehr zentraler Lage - direkt in der Altstadt von Ponta Delgada und nur wenige Minuten vom Hafen entfernt. Sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Für Urlauber, die Sao Miguel auf eigene Faust erkunden wollen, eine prima Unterkunft.

Gemütliche Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie die Hafenpromenade sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Schwachpunkt: Manchmal nachts etwas lärmig vor dem Fenster (Autos, Passanten).
