Elegant newly renovated apartment in the center of Levanto, 100 m. from the beach, to the second and last floor of a building with lift, located in a central and quiet street. It consists of entrance, large living room, independent kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms,(availability to add a single bed ) two bathrooms with shower, two terraces. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi and parking for one car.
It is recommended for those who want comfort and tranquility, ideal for families or for two couples. Levanto is a beautiful tourist resort also an ideal base for visiting the Cinqueterre which can be reached by boat and within a few minutes by train. A bicycle trail connects Levanto to Bonassola and Framura. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, for the registration of attendance and the payment of the tourist tax of € 1,50 daily(maximum 3 days) for each member of the family over the age of 14 years, minors under 14 are exempt.

Splendid stay, one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had so far (and we’ve had a lot!). Ambretta and Bruno are wonderful hosts, extremely friendly and welcoming, we had a great time in Levanto thanks to their lovely hospitality and advice. We will be back next year!

Best Place to Stay when visiting Cinque Terre!

the town is great, the owners (Ambretta and Bruno) are wonderful, the apartment is perfect with great view of a beautiful tower when sitting on the balcony for breakfast or wine after dinner. This town, Levanto, is absolutely the best place to stay when visiting Cinque Terre - easy to get to the five towns without the crazy crowds. Loved this place!!

Perfect location

Absolutely loved Levanto! So many things to do and many places to eat. Our hosts were amazing!!! Some of the best we’ve experienced. Can’t wait to return. Great spot for families and friends. It’s an all around great vacation spot.

Excellent Stay

Ambretta was very accommodating and welcoming as we arrived later than expected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in an ideal location for discovering Cinque Terre and also for relaxing on the beach away from the crowds. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Ambretta and Bruno are amazing hosts. The apartment is better than the listing describes. In a fabulous location. The city of Levanto has so much to offer and is a great spot to see all of cinque terre.

Loved Levanto and our apt

We loved everything about our stay. Ambretta and Bruno were wonderful and met us at the train station to transport our luggage and then took it back again. They also gave us some wine and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Location is perfect and we felt right at home. Levanto is the perfect place to stay and visit Cinque Terre.

Comfortable stay close to the beach with wonderful hosts

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ambretta and Bruno’s apartment. The two are delightful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is located two short blocks from the beach and the downtown. We loved having easy access to caffès, restaurants, the beach, shopping - everything Lévanto has to offer. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Spacious apartment with two balconies and walking distance to everything. The hosts Ambretta and Bruno were.very kind and accomodating. Great starting point to access Cinque Terre (train station 10 minutes walk). Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay in Levanto

Our group of four really enjoyed the apartment. It was set up well with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And the kitchen was a good size for cooking and enjoying a meal. Check in with Ambretta was pleasant and easy. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Levanto and for catching the train to explore Cinque Terre. All in all it was a lovely stay.

Lovely, well located flat in Levanto

This flat has an excellent location, close to shops restaurants and the beach. The flat is spacious and airy, well equipped, including having a washing machine and dishwasher which were a welcome surprise. It’s on the second floor and has a balcony were you can sit outside. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony for example. It’s around 10 minutes walk to the train station for day trips. The owners were very helpful and the booking process and communication with them was easy.

Charming second floor apartment

A well located, spacious and comfortable apartment . With a wonderful vista from the kitchen / sitting room balcony , it was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine ! Everything was made more magical by the wonderful hosts Ambretta and Bruno . The fresh home grown lemons and welcome bottle of Prosecco were a charming touch .

Our stay at The House of Ambra

We had a wonderful stay at the house of Ambra. You could not ask for better hosts than Ambretta and Bruno. They insisted on picking us up at the train station and were the most gracious people you could hope for during our entire stay. The apartment is in a good location—just a short walk to the waterfront yet away from tourist traffic. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the four of us.We were so glad we chose to stay in Levanto as opposed to one of the Cinque Terre towns. Levanto is much more manageable and not nearly as crowded, yet easy to visit the Cinque Terre by train or boat.We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A memorable stay at a spacious properly close to the beach and town center

We had a wonderful time in Lavanto! We were warm welcomed by amazing hosts with coffee, beer and home grown lemons (!), who made us feel like at home away home. The place is very clean and spacious, have everything we needed to stay in 5 days at this beach town. Both bathrooms and kitchen were updated. The kitchen is equipped with plenty cooking tools and has a good washing machine. The location was perfect too. Every thing is walking distance. There are many good restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, grocery shops etc - just a few blocks away! Would love to stay here when we come back to Levanto again.

Ambretta und Ihr Bruno sind herzensgute Gastgeber und haben uns (47w, 11w, 58m) einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht! Die Wohnung ist super und wie auf den Fotos, liegt super zentral und doch ruhig, ist noch besser als erhofft klimatisiert (beide SchlafZi, WohnZi und Küche) und ließ es uns an Nichts fehlen. Selbst einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus konnten sie uns zuweisen. Klasse! Wir waren schulferienbedingt Mitte August in Levanto und konnten es sehr gut aushalten. Obwohl "Strandurlaub" eigentlich nicht mein Ding ist (58m) schmiedeten wir sofort Pläne für ein Wiederkommen. Denn das Auto wurde die gesamte Woche nicht bewegt - alle Exkursionen erfolgten per (sehr sauberen!) Zügen der Trenitalia. Beim nächsten Mal wandrre ich dann auch mal... FAZIT: Wir kommen wieder - zu Ambretta & Bruno !!!!

Abbiamo trascorso sei giorni all’appartamento di Ambra a Levanto, cittadina molto bella e allegra e la scelta della casa non poteva essere megliore! L’appartamento è spazioso e completo di tutto, la posizione fantastica perché in centro con tutti i negozi e ristoranti vicinissimi, ma al tempo stesso circondato da alberi e verde con ampio spazio intorno, ha due ampi balconi con sedie, tavolo per due persone esterno e una comoda sdraio per rilassarsi con anche tendaggio per stare freschi all’ombra; il mare si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi e la stazione raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi o con taxi in 5 minuti. Gli host Ambretta e Bruno sono due persone eccezionali, disponibili e gentilissimi: ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a casa: at home away from home. Consigliato al 101 per cento!

Berge und Meer erleben - in einer tollen Unterkunft

Liebe Ambretta, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit in einer schönen und sehr ruhig gelegenen Wohnung Urlaub machen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und wohlgefühlt. Betreuung, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung alles hervorragend. Das 2. Badezimmer war ein großer Pluspunkt. Kurze Wege in die Stadt und an den Strand, Wanderwege vor der Haustüre und einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände - wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurant, Cafe - noch viele Einzelhandelsgeschäfte - alles was einen Urlaub angenehm macht, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Levanto ist für uns in der Nebensaison immer wieder ein Lieblingsziel - am Abend noch an der Mauer am Strand sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen - einfach schön. Der Bahnhof ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreicht und die Zugverbindungen sind vielfältig. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehn!!

Un grand merci à Ambretta et Bruno qui sont des personnes adorables ! Le logement est conforme à la description. Il est appréciable d'avoir 2 belles chambres et 2 salles de bain. Les terrasses sont très agréables. La situation géographique est excellente. Il faut seulement 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la gare d'où partent les trains vers les 5 terres. Le parking fermé est un plus car il est très difficile de se garer à Levanto. Les citrons offerts sont délicieux.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is next to my home, and has just been renovated respecting its original characteristics of "beautiful house" of the seventies: spacious rooms, two bathrooms, each independent room, bright, two terraces, large windows ... I was helped in the choice of restructuring by my young nephews (Engineers-Architects), who have suggested the most current solutions for bathrooms, kitchen, rooms .... But I think that every house has its own history and I thought that in my house my beautiful crystal chandeliers and some classic furniture, not really approved by the boys, can still live with the new, more modern and functional furniture. This apartment was prepared to accommodate my family when they come to spend holidays and holidays with us, but remaining empty for too long we thought to put this on the market of holiday homes of which we have a great experience with three others our properties. We think that those who will stay in our house will appreciate the comforts, the central location, the proximity to the beach and the quiet. For us it will be a pleasure to have neighbors.
