Consists of two appartments. ground floor : 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen fully ecqipped -dish washer, 2 bathrooms-washing machine, verandas. upper floor : 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms -washing machine. verandas are all around the house facing every bedroom and on each floor there is a dining room on the veranda on sea view. all bedrooms are air conditioning with mosquito nets.Front sea garden offers direct access to the sandy beach just opening the garden gate. old high pines permit under their shadow and sea breeze a leisure time on swings and sun beds.Bbq is also provided in front sea garden. Private entrance , play ground , garden and parking area are provided at the back side of the house.Wi-fi .

Symonds does Kavos

We couldn’t have asked more from the host of the villa. So accommodating the moment we stepped foot and the property. Offered plenty of information about the villa itself and the local area. It was clear they had a passion in looking after their guests, and this showed in their actions when they came to check up on us. Bedrooms were very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Incredible gardens with plenty of ways to relax by the sea. Toastie machines went down a treat with every member of the group. Although felt there should be more locks on bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall an incredible trip that none of us will forget, and will certainly consider returning in the future!

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist ist wunderschön mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und die Berge vom gegenüberliegenden Festland. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, aber nicht modern. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Ort Kavos ist nicht sehr schön und wir waren sehr froh in der Nebensaison dagewesen zu sein, da es in der Hochsaison unheimlich voll sein muss. Von Kavos aus kann man aber schöne Spaziergänge machen.
