With your own entrance, parking place, terrace, BBQ and green area you will enjoy your relaxation heaven. Thanks to the location on which the apartment is located, you will have a great variety of alternative activities to choose in the nearby area. Your holidays can provide you fun opportunities to get away, get moving and improve your health.

The apartment you are going to book is perfect for couples and families. The space is well organized and full furnished. The apartment is a part of the modern villa Olea built in the year 2016.

Everything in the apartment is there for you and you can use it as much as you need, without any limitations. The outside area is around 100 m2 (square meters). There is a private car entrance with two parking spots. The apartment has it's own main entrance. The terrace, with the area of 12 m2 (square meters), can be accessed from the apartment. The green area is also a part of the plot. The kitchen and living area have 18 m2 (square meters). The kitchen is equipped with all the household appliances and dishes. In the living area you have a super comfortable sofa and LED TV with over 100 TV-channels. The free Wi-Fi spot is also there. he bedroom has 12.5 m2 (square meters). There is one double bed and one single bed. The wardrobes will fit all your bagages and things. There is also a table, with two chairs, that can be used for a laptop or makeup. Exiting the bedroom, on the right, you have bathroom.

The apartment (the house Villa Olea) is located in Štinjan, a suburban area of Pula, only 4 km from the city center. The place is very calm and peaceful. In the near by area you can enjoy in many kind of activities. The nature and the sea will take your breath away. Only a couple of minutes from the apartment the guests can enjoy the new beach. In the near by area you will find plenty of restaurants with many local specialties. In a few word you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the tastes of Istria. A public Bus station is 2 minutes by foot from the apartment. It is easy to take the bus to the center of Pula and back. Also the small grocery shop is near the apartment (5 minutes).
