Es igual que como se ve en las fotos,zona tranquila ideal para viajar en familia,zona de bares y restaurantes queda a 3km mas o menos con mucha variedad,ambiente familiar muy agradable en la zona,la propiedad cuenta con una piscina comunitaria muy limpia y con poca gente y no clasificada La comunicación con José Luis,el encargado de darnos las llaves fue muy atenta y profesional y con una comunicación fluida en todo momento Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos seguro

2 Surprises à l'arrivée

Bonjour L'appartement est très agréable, quasiment neuf, belles prestations, cuisine très complète, électroménagers top, les alentours calmes, une propriété avec des voisins discrets et chaleureux, piscine peu fréquentée très propre ... tout bien sauf les 2 surprises à l'arrivée "l'annonce de devoir payer l'électricité à la sortie sans connaître le prix du KWH qui sera appliqué" il ne faut pas dépasser 300 KWH au delà il faut payer or pour 14 jours et 4 personnes imposer une consommation moyenne de 21,42 KWH/jour c'est plus que très en dessous de la moyenne enregistrée par n'importe quel opérateur d'électricité, il s'agit donc d'un abus et vu le prix de la location cela ne se justifie absolument pas ! de plus je n'ai pas la réponse du propriétaire du comment payer ce supplément ! je ne le ferai que de façon officielle et pas de la main à la main ... dernière surprise le ménage n'avait pas été fait pour notre arrivée "poussière et cheveux partout, pieds des tabourets de bar cuisine en chrome tout marqués de traces de gras et poubelles de salle de bains pas vidées" Dommage cette location pourrait être d'exception.
