Sehr schönes Haus in Wohnanlage

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem sehr schönen Haus. Leider waren die täglichen Pflegearbeiten und der damit verbundene Lärm etwas störend.

Casa perfecta pero propietario poco honesto

La casa muy bien, muy buena piscina y reformada. El problema es que nos dieron el código de acceso a las llaves erróneo y tuvimos que esperar 4 horas hasta contactar con la agencia. Por otro lado y lo mas grave, fue que nos han cargado 250 € a nuestra tarjeta de manera arbitraria por unas manchas en un sofá de color beige fruto del uso durante dos semanas que estuvimos alojados, creo que este sofá no vale mucho mas de esos 250 €, ya que es de Ikea o similar y calidad baja aunque ideal para la casa. Por otro lado, el porta papel del baño de arriba estaba inclinado a nuestra llegada, (lamento no haberlo fotografiado pero voy de vacaciones a relajarme y no a auditar la casa completa), con el uso, continuó inclinándose y nos acusan de romperlo. Este porta papel, estaba mal instalado sobe pladur con accesorios de pared de ladrillo y cemento, lo cual es un problema del instalador como sucede en cualquier casa en el día a día. No consideramos justo el cobro de 250 € sin una valoración realizada por un profesional, tal y como se comprometió el propietario Nosotros eliminamos un aro de metal atascado dentro de la lavadora y arregle la puerta del lavavajillas que se atascaba con el mueble y lamento no poder cargarles 250 € por estas reparaciones (esto siendo irónico por supuesto), además y con el disgusto que el comportamiento del propietario nos ha generado añadir que la ducha de arriba huelo muy mal de manera casi constante por los desagües de la misma. VRBO no nos da una solución.

Très beau sejour

Très agréable séjour dans une maison parfaitement équipée et très bien décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Il en est de même pour l’extérieur avec une jolie terrasse ombragée et une très belle végétation autour de la piscine. Quartier très calme à 15 minutes des plages et moins de 30 du centre d’Alicante. Parfait pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Petit bémol , aucun volet ni rideau occultant, donc réveil matinal
