Estancia muy agradable, salvo por algunos detalles

Una experiencia muy agradable que, no obstante, no fue perfecta por una serie de detalles que no estuvieron a la altura ni de la casa ni del precio que se paga por ella. La recepción fue algo confusa e informal, nos encontramos con las terrazas sin limpiar, nos quedamos sin butano en medio de la segunda barbacoa, una de las puertas no se pudo cerrar durante los primeros días y aunque se les pidió que nos avisaran, los chicos de la piscina aparecieron de repente activando una alarma que nos despertó, resultando algo traumático para los peques de la casa. Es una pena, porque creemos que estos inconvenientes se podrían haber evitado fácilmente, pero nos llevamos la impresión de que hay cierta dejadez tanto en el mantenimiento de la casa como en la coordinación del personal. Dicho todo esto, disfrutamos mucho de la casa (cocina, aire acondicionado y demás funcionaban a la perfección), de las vistas y sobre todo de la piscina, la gran joya de la casa.
