About this property

Casa Mundi is a spacious beautiful five bedroom 4 bathroom villa with private pool, large garden, pergola to side terraces area, sun bathing at the rear of the swimming pool, solarium on upper terrace. A terraced area to the front access where you can relax and enjoy your favorite glass of wine in the shade.

Ground floor comprises lounge, dining area which leads to fully equipped kitchen. To the rear of the Kitchen is a separate laundry room.

To the left of the lounge there are two double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and large double beda, the front bedroom has twin single beds and a ground floor toilet.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor where you have a further three double bedrooms. One with double bed and en-suite shower room, one with double bed and the third bedroom has twin single beds. A fourth bathroom comprising shower cubicle. At the top of the stairs there are large patio doors giving access to the solarium where you will find further seating to soak of the sun and enjoy the lovely views of the area.

Surrounding the villa are several large terraces, fruit trees, plants, palm trees etc. A 6 x 3m Swimming pool with sunbathing area to the side. A pergola and BBQ area to take shade from the sun with table and seating for 10 people for outside dining. At the front side of the house is a private driveway. Beautiful established garden surrounding the house.
