Newly refurbished villa with garden, pool, whirlpool and terrace near Alicante. Fully equipped: air conditioning, TV, DVD, wifi, towels, washing machine, tumbler, parking.
Golf course, beaches, cinema, bowling, restaurants, grocery shops, bank, public transport have easy access.
In quiet residential area. 300 days of sun per year.

The house offers three bedrooms, each of it with separate toilet, sink and shower. Two bedrooms have their bathroom ensuite. The cozy rooms themselves have enough storage and are equipped with a queen size double bed. Two toddler beds are available.

The living room is spacious and offers view to pool and garden. It has a TV which is connected to the Wi-Fi and a DVD player.
The fully equiped kitchen (dish washer, oven, microwave, flat ceramic) is at your disposal. You will find everything you need (toaster, coffee machine, juice machine, etc.).

The house comes with a splendid terrace, pool (not secured for kids), Jacuzzi (not heated / pool and Jacuzzi can be used only from May until October), air conditioning in all bedrooms, beautiful olive and palm trees giving you a perfect holiday feeling. Sun beds are available as well as a comfortable lounge on the terrace. A secure parking lot is provided when you bring a car. The house has an alarm for your security.

Alicante itself and its beaches (the beautiful beach of San Juan, for example) can be reached easily in a few minutes by public transport. Busses and trams run all day round.

The second biggest town on the Costa Blanca invites tourists to linger day and night. Its picturesque old city center boosts with countless bars, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Stroll along the Esplanade under magnificent palm trees and feel the vibrant Spanish way of life at night. Explore the harbor and its newly built casino and tempt your luck to be a millionaire. Maybe it's your lucky holiday!

Get a breathtaking view of the city and the Mediterranean sea from Castello Santa Barbara, the medieval castle and cradle of Alicante.

Learn Spanish in one of the many language schools in Alicante. They are in easy reach and many different races are available.

Wide sandy beaches are situated in the north and south of the city and can be reached in a few minutes by car or tram from the house.

The nearest golf course can be reached within 15 minutes by car and offers an 18 - hole course.

The basement of the house is for private use of the owners only and will not be at your disposition.

As the house is in a residential, calm and secure area, please respect our neighbours and avoid using pool, Jacuzzi and terrasse with too much noise at night.

Important information:
A €150.- cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in time 16-20h. Always by appointment. Any delay of 60 min+ will be charged at least 40 Euros. Late check-in until 22PM possible - 40 Euros
