Guest Access:
Modoco is located in the same apartment block as Primi Sea Castle. The entrance is located on Strathmore Lane. You will see five parking bays which are available on a first come, first serve basis. If no bays are available, please park on Berkley Road, which is about 20 meters beyond the entrance.

The apartment has an electronic lock to allow for easy access.

The Neighborhood:
Situated along Beach Road with an entrance on Strathmore Lane, the apartment is in the heart of Camps Bay, steps from the palm-lined beach. There are numerous laid-back cafes, bars, and eateries nearby, plus easy access to the city’s top attractions.

Other Things to Note:
There are 5 parking bays off street available on a first come first served basis. If you cannot find a parking there, you will need to park in Berkley road about 50 metres from the property.
This apartment has stairs from the entrance to the living & bedroom level
The twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a King size bed on request.
