Stepping into Castellain Road IV, you’ll find the sleek, taupe-tiled bathroom straight ahead – but this Maida Vale home is just as polished elsewhere. Glossy cabinets and shiny black worktops catch the eye in the kitchen, to the left, where a large service window looks through to the sitting room. Four tall-backed chairs sit around the glass-topped dining table, and opposite the fireplace you’ll see two cream sofas and a vintage rug. Outside, four can dine on the wide balcony, which has a view of the park below. Turning right from the entrance, you’ll come to the second bedroom, which has a double Murphy bed. The master bedroom, right again, is dotted with both classic and modern artwork. Facing the double bed, there’s a TV mounted on a shiny feature wall (which doubles as a built in wardrobe), and the tan-tiled ensuite is downlit and contemporary.

- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There is a sofabed in a third room that is not featured on the listing that can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
