The "Casina Fratti" is a nice and welcoming period apartment with barrel ceilings in the nineteenth-century area of Ostuni, a few steps from the central square of the Municipality. La Casina Fratti has a living room with a two-seater sofa bed, a kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a dining table. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, large chest of drawers, niches, wardrobe and the brand new en-suite bathroom with crystal shower cabin.

The apartment has an independent entrance door on a characteristic and quiet Ostuni alley but a few steps from the nightlife of the city with its bars, bakeries, boutiques and typical restaurants. Connoisseurs will appreciate photographic tours and walks in the fantastic and unique historic center of the White City rich in art, churches, alleys and typical houses.

The house is strategically located in a quiet and peaceful but central alley. To visit the White City you don't need a car but you can easily do it on foot. Indispensable instead for going to the beach and / or for trips.

You will find free and / or paid parking in the immediate vicinity. Upon arrival to unload your luggage you can stop for a short time on the sidewalk of Corso Camillo Benso di Cavour adjacent to the stairs that lead to the alley of the house.

Whether you come from the north or south S. S. 379 with exit Torre Pozzella (or Rosa Marina) direction OSTUNI CENTRO.
Arrived in the central square "Piazza della Libertà" where the statue of S. Oronzo is located, continue on Corso Camillo Benso Cavour and look for parking in the adjacent squares.

The check-in time is generally from 13.00 onwards, while the check-out will be before 10.00.

House rules

Pets not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Although there will be mandatory final cleaning, the house and kitchen must be left in the same condition in which you found them.
