Enjoyed our stay

Huis was oké. Niet heel praktisch vooral de keuken niet. Grote teleurstelling was de tuin. Totaal geen schaduw. Klein terras met kleine parasols zodat we zelfs met ze 3e niet goed uit de zon om de tafel konden zitten. Door ontbreken van natuurlijke schaduw heel warm. Verder is de tuin heel open. Er stonden ook allemaal huizen erom heen en een pad langs. Totaal geen privacy iedereen kon zo inkijken. De foto van de tuin op site is heel voordelig genomen en grote boom op foto is heel erg terug gesnoeid, dus nu een klein boompje. Verder was de communicatie vrij ingewikkeld, We hadden een week geboekt maar na 4 dagen vertrokken. Het verbaasde ons dat alle andere recensies zo positief waren. Op basis daarvan hadden we het huis gekozen.

Contudo, gostaríamos de esclarecer alguns pontos da sua estadia para que a realidade do nosso espaço seja bem compreendida.Quanto à falta de sombra, a casa tinha à vossa disposição 5 chapéus de sol de exterior para garantir o vosso conforto. Não tivemos quaisquer queixas semelhantes antes ou depois da vossa estadia. Procurámos ser o mais presentes possível. Além de troca de mensagens comigo, a nossa equipa de apoio local reagiu rapida e presencialmente aos vossos pedidos. A poda das nossas oliveiras antigas é um procedimento agrícola essencial. Sem esta intervenção, as árvores correm o risco de morrer. O anúncio não refere privacidade absoluta, mas a propriedade oferece um ambiente muito calmo. A aldeia tem menos de 50 habitantes e a zona de refeições exterior está protegida por uma sebe alta de ciprestes.Noto ainda que utilizaram a piscina de uma propriedade vizinha sem autorização, e que, mesmo assim, a meu pedido, a proprietária, apesar de surpreendida, vos permitiu ali permanecer, de forma a ajudar com o vosso pedido de mais sombra.O nosso objetivo é sempre acolher os hóspedes da melhor forma e lamentamos que, ao contrário de todos os que deixaram criticas sempre muito positivas, a experiência não tenha correspondido às vossas expectativas.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit erlesenen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es hat 3 Bäder und einen großen Garten mit Pool. Sehr ruhig und in wunderbarer Landschaft gelegen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

El anuncio describe perfectamente la casa. Es una casa acogedora, decorada con excelente gusto, con grandes comodidades y dotada de todo lo que uno puede precisar. Ademas está situada en un pueblecito muy agradable de la Serra da Estrela. Frederico y su madre, Teresa, nos han asegurado una calurosa y agradable bienvenida. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Fabulous house in lovely village

This is a lovely property , beautifully furnished with pool in a quiet village within easy reach of Viseu and the Parc da Serra da estrella . Our family of 5 stayed for four nights and were very well looked after by the charming and helpful Theresa who lives right opposite . If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing in the countryside we could not recommend higher . Richard G. England

Une belle maison de village

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette maison fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée. La piscine peu profonde est néanmoins suffisamment grande pour faire des longueurs. Merci à Isabel, toujours à l'écoute et prompt à donner de bons conseils. Une adresse à recommander pour un séjour au cœur d'un Portugal authentique.

Excelente estadia!

A casa é acolhedora e tem uma decoração muito cuidada. Possui todas as comodidades, tanto no interior como no exterior, necessárias a uma excelente estadia em família ou com um grupo de amigos. Os anfitriões estão sempre disponíveis e são muito atenciosos. De realçar ainda, o pequeno-almoço com magníficos produtos caseiros e regionais. Irei certamente regressar para usufruir de mais uns dias de descanso nesta excelente casa rural.
