Two-room apartment (4 people) - Residence Badus

The apartment is located within Residence Badus, situated in the quiet town of Badesi, less than 3 km from the wide sandy beaches of Li Junchi and Li Mindi.

The one-bedroom apartment (4 people) includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: TV, safe, hair dryer, kettle, iron and ironing board on request, hot/cold air conditioner, microwave, Wi-Fi (limited use), equipped veranda or balcony.

For any needs you may go to the reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-in is available daily from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. PI Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be notified to the property in advance. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed. For arrivals beyond 24:00 hours, guests will be accommodated the following day or have access to the apartment by paying an additional fee of €50.00.

Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (partial use), first supply of bed and bath linens, use of the communal pool (10:00 am to 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm).

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory costs:

DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the condition of the apartment.
CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, compulsory for the municipality of Badesi.

Pets are allowed, except common areas, and there is an extra cleaning charge of € 50.00 to be paid locally.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
