The residential complex is located on a hill overlooking the sea; it is far from Stintino, an ancient seafaring village where "La Pelosa" is located, known as the beach with the most beautiful sea in the world, about 8 km. In the quiet center, we find all the amenities, supermarket, local crafts and various shops. The villas and apartments are divided between semi-detached, multi-family, and terraced. All elegantly furnished, have a kitchenette, TV, washing machine, iron / ironing board, toaster, bathroom, hairdryer, patio or furnished balcony, shared barbecue, parking. They consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shared swimming pool.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure otherwise we do not guarantee the reception and will be required a supplement of € 50.00. For arrivals communicated later than 22.00 supplement of € 20.00, over 24.00 supplement of € 50.00.
The structure provides for mandatory costs to be paid locally; including a security deposit (see section house rules and notes).
