Apartment inside a farm (family run) in a high and panoramic position located about 3 kilometers from Foiano della Chiana (the company offers a total of 4 apartments to host). The apartment is located on the ground floor, very spacious, tastefully furnished in Tuscan style, it consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, large living room with kitchenette and fireplace. Outside there is a large lawn available to guests of the farmhouse, where the swimming pool is located (also a small one for children, and with outdoor showers), the playground and a large veranda with reserved spaces for each apartment and equipped with garden. It is possible to buy the company's products directly from the owners. For shared use: washing machine. Barbecue for each apartment. Free WI-FI. Animals are accepted on request and for a fee

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely place in such a quiet and peaceful location. A bit of a drive to the places we wanted to visit but could take in the scenery on the drive. The host family was nice and exuded a welcoming ease and genuine warmth. The extra touches such as the complimentary welcome bottle of regional wine and the freshly baked pies were thoughtful gestures. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to explore Tuscany and Umbria.
