Great Location
The apartment was in a great location and was spacious.
It is in serious need of a renovation particularly the kitchen and bathroom.
We stayed for 24 days and there was nothing to clean with. We did not want to spend money on cleaning products we would only use a couple of times, but by the end of our stay the place was in need of a very good clean. Cleaning products for bathroom and kitchen would be most useful.
Palma is lovely
The property is in a great area. The property itself need a good renovation.
We stayed 24 days which is to long without cleaning products. I was not going to buy any for the number of times we would need to clean. By the end of the stay l wished l had.
Lage top, Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig
Die Lage der Wohnung war super, der Balkon wunderschön.
Leider war alles extrem dreckig. Im Badezimmer über der Dusche war die Wand schimmelig, auch eines der Schlafzimmer roch sehr muffig (auch Lüften brachte nichts).
Für die Unannehmlichkeiten wurde uns ein kleiner Rabatt gewährt.
Der Schlüssel musste in Can Pastilla abgeholt werden und auch dorthin zurück gebracht werden. Wenn man nicht gerade frisch gelandet ist oder nach Hause fliegt, etwas umständlich.
Der Kontakt zur Agentur war alles in allem aber nett.
