FOR RENT directly from Dutch speaking owners: unique holiday estate for 14 people in Brive-la-Gaillarde (Dordogne / Limousin / Perigord). The domain, which is fully let and offers privacy, consists of 2 buildings: a luxury "manoir" or small castle (suitable for 9 people) and a separate gîte (suitable for 4-6p) located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the old town center of Brive.

- Luxurious manor (small castle of 260m², 9 people): large kitchen with French doors to the garden, spacious living room with fireplace and beautiful parquet, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, large surrounding terrace. Look at our site "Domaine de Migoule" for more photos and details.

- Guest house or gîte (160m², 4-6 people): large living room on the 1st floor with open kitchen, dining and sitting area, 2 bedrooms, shower room with toilet.

- Park / garden (8600m²) with centuries-old trees, heated and fenced swimming pool, several terraces and outside kitchen, closed courtyard with parking space for enough cars, "four à pain", garage and outbuildings.

Beautiful holiday estate, ideal for several families or large groups, luxurious, private and very pleasant to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Brive-la-Gaillarde is located on the border of the Correze (19), Dordogne (24) and the Lot (46). Very many sights!

A Fantastic Week

We had the most amazing week staying at this property, we were a party of 13. Everything was as described, plenty of well appointed communal spaces, but also space for solitude as well. We would definitely go back.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op toplocatie !

Mooie manoir met alles erop en eraan. Compleet privé, zeer rustig en bijzonder veel te doen in de omgeving. Zalig verwarmd zwembad en heerlijk om te barbecueën onder de grote boom ! Geen aanrader!
