You can also use the facilities of the Alborada Residential Complex (textile), located 150 metres from El Playazo beach, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.



Spend your holidays in Vera Playa, an ideal destination that gives you the opportunity to visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

Estancia pareja con niño de una semana

El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos cerca de la playa. La cocina está bien equipada con todo los electrodomésticos y menaje necesarios. Tiene un patio con tumbonas y una ducha, muy útil para limpiarte cuando vienes de la playa lleno de arena. La terraza da directamente a la piscina y tiene puerta con llave. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y es silencioso. Los colchones y almohadas necesitan un cambio.

Vacaciones fantasticas

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y la urbanización es perfecta para familias. Hemos estado muy a gusto en la maravillosa terraza. Por poner algún pero, la limpieza es un poco justa y la litera es bastante incómoda para subir y bajar. A parte de eso, es un alojamiento muy bueno y lo recomendaría sin duda alguna.

Las almohadas fueron cambiadas a petición nuestra pero aún así eran muy regulares…. La cama de la litera también deja mucho que desear , por lo demás todo bien .

Bueno pero mejorable

La casa estaba bien situada y es bonita. Muy fresca para las altas temperaturas y la urbanizacion tambien es muy bonita y tranquila, ideal para familias. La limpieza del alojamiento justa y algunos muebles como sofa y sabanas, enseres de cocina y textiles algo sucios, manchados y descuidados. En general casa que parece destinada exclusivamente al alquiler y por ello un poco dejada con detalles mejorables.
