Petit Boreas; For YOUR Peace, Space & Nature in the Vendée

You will find your future holiday home in the heart of the Vendée on the west coast of France. If you are looking for peace, nature and space in your holiday then Petit Boreasd is ideal for you.

This former Boulangerie of La Forêt, situated on a large private garden of 400 m2 bordering the forest,
we have converted into a very comfortable house suitable for 5 people.

The cottage is fully equipped.
The spacious upper floor has 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. A bedroom with a 2 person bed with a spacious 4 door linen closet. And a bedroom with a 3 person bunk bed, 2 people downstairs and 1 upstairs. Also in this bedroom closet space available.

Downstairs is the bathroom, a spacious kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven, a spacious fridge with freezer and a microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen block a spacious dining area. The cozy seating area completes it. The television is equipped with all Dutch channels. WiFi is also available.

BBQ on private terrace and possibility to use pool owner.

From the terrace you walk into the "private" garden with direct access to the forest where you can walk.

Séjour reposant en connexion avec la nature

Séjour très sympa, cosy en connexion avec la nature. Dommage que la météo n’était pas avec nous pour profiter de ce beau jardin.Un grand merci à Nico et sa femme.

Calme et repos

Nous avons passé une agreable semaine au calme. Le plus est la piscine, mais attention pour les plus frileux elle nest pas chauffee. De meme je conseil au proprietaire dinstaller une bache histoire de la garder propre. Le bois est tres bien pour les enfants, tyrolienne toboggan velo balancoire.... Points D'améliorations : Le matelas du grand lit 2 places est a changer nous sentons les ressorts. Et attention il n'y a pas de machine à laver contrairement à ce qui est mis dans le descriptif. Si vous souhaitez une machine il faut demander au proprietaire dempreinter la sienne. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour ideal pour les personnes cherchant le calme. Une partie du jardin est clos ce qui est vraiment bien pour le chien et les enfants. Les locaux sont propres, les sanitaires et salle de douche dans la meme piece mais pas genant. Et tres propres.

Nid douillet dans la nature

Le gite Petit Boreas est très bien équipé, très confortable et très propre. Nous n'y avons passé qu'un WE en hiver mais le chauffage fonctionne très bien et l'accueil est chaleureux. Les propriétaires logent juste en face en cas de problème. On est au milieu de la nature, au calme.

Logement très calme

Hôte d une extrême gentillesse qui ont le coeur sur la main et qui mettent à la disposition des vacanciers une charmante maison. Très belle réhabilitation de cette ancienne boulangerie. Notre séjour a eu lieu en période de canicule et malgré cela nous avons reçu à bien dormir avec le ventilateur. L extérieur est vraiment très agréable.

Lieu de détente et de beauté

En une phrase: un vrai petit Paradis. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un gîte authentique, nous vous le recommandons. Lieu central pour les visites historiques et pour prendre l'apéro au jardin.
