The apartment is on the first floor, it has 90 m2 and it’s for up to 6 persons. It has its own covered terrace with a table and chairs with a partial sea view.
The house interior is a mixture of classic and modern, clean and extremely bright. It includes free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and satellite channels in the living room, air conditioning in each room, a safe and the washing machine. It has a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer).
There are one comfortable bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a pull out couch for two persons in the living room. There are two bathrooms.

Why they chose this property

The 5 apartments of the beautiful emerald villa are located in the peaceful part of the village of Premantura, on its sunny side. There are 5 apartments to rent, 2 on each floor which are easily accessible by the spacious stairs and 1 on the ground in front of the reception entrance. Each apartment has its own terrace where you can relax. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with lounges where you can sunbathe and relax poolside. There is free Wi-Fi access across the whole building; also a wide parking place in front of the building is provided, and an underground garage.

What makes this property unique

It's pretty easy to find your inner peace as we are located in the peaceful part of Premantura village; you can easily walk (200m) to the beautiful nature park of Kamenjak which will provide to you a unique experience and beautiful beaches, windsurfing, other water sports, bars, and breathtaking views. Also, you can take a slow relaxed walk to the camp of Stupice, a beautiful peninsula with a magnificent view of crystal clear sea and distant islands, where you can also play basketball, football or rent a surf board. On the other side, if you want to try traditional Istrian specialties, buy some souvenirs or just enjoy your coffee in an old city center across the medieval church - you're just a few steps away.
A grocery shop and the nearest bar in the center of the village are 400 meters away, the fish restaurant can be found at a distance of 500 meters.
The local bus stop is 150 meters from the property. The Main Bus and Train Stations are located in Pula, while Pula Airport is 12 km away and the airport of Rijeka 70 km.
The famous Roman Amphitheatre in Pula is just 10 km away.
The center of Medulin is 3 km away and the beautiful town of Rovinj is just 35 km away.
