About this property

Gorgeous 10 year old beach home 4 year renting! Includes 10 beach badges! 4 large bedrooms and 3 custom full baths. The Master bedroom is huge with custom bathroom, custom Italian tile through out, hard wood floors first floor. There is a beautifully appointed first floor bedroom and full bath for those who don't like stairs. Huge Italian style kitchen, granite, fire place with all of the cooking tools you will need! Glass ware, beautiful plates and dishes for the fancy, and plenty of plastic ware for everyday backyard BBQ. Cable, wifi The living room has a new comfy queen sofa bed. Our Favorite thing about our location is that kids can walk to bay and beach only 2 blocks away. Because we are in Shipbottom, our house is easy to get to once you get on the island - no 30 minute traffic jam to get to other island towns. shopping, food, liquor fresh market and bakery, Arlington restaurant and bar are our favorite places for music and food - 3 blocks away! Park your car unload and relax for a week at our beach home!

Why they chose this property

This house and the location are great for families. It located on a neighbor hood street in Shipbottom, and mostly families that we have known for the past 15 years. For young children, safe two block walking distance to bay with playground and life guard & swimming. For adults, easy walking distance to all stores and beach, restaurants and dancing and music. We built the house in 2010 and completely remodeled in 2017, it's built with best quality and where we plan on retiring to and living year round.
