The house consists of two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, four bathrooms, a dining / living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. It has central heating, a games room with a pool table, ping pong and Internet.

Outside you can enjoy the lawned garden, private pool, barbecue, garden furniture, parking and bicycles to walk the trails with beautiful views of the mountains. The property excels in cleaning the environment and guarantees the disinfection of all compartments.

In a surrounding area you have at your disposal the center of the village (1.5 km) where you have local restaurants, supermarkets and river beach (4 km). The place is conducive to outdoor activities such as water sports in Albufeira do Ermal (4km) and hiking through the mountains of Gerês, Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês.
