Conegliano Veneto: elegant villa with private pool on the Prosecco hills

The villa is in a wonderful position in Conegliano in the province of Treviso, 50 km from Venice, close to the gentle hills of Prosecco and the relaxing countryside with woods, streams and meadows, but at the same time in a well-served area with bus stop in front of the house and supermarket front home. Also there are typical restaurants and shops. The pharmacy is at 500 mt. The furnishings are of precious furniture and particular care has been placed on the kits and furnishing details. The large and charming rooms, the beautiful and large kitchens are well equipped. The 3 bathrooms are all with window and shower. The house is on two floors and on the first floor the south facing terrace overlooks the pool and the hill and the north facing landscape of the mountains. Outside the pretty garden decorated with Mediterranean plants, the large swimming pool (15x6 mt) with salt and heated water, plenty of space for reading or outdoor games, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, table and chairs for lunch or dinner by the pool .
The mansion has been restored according to the modern criteria of bio-building, making it very comfortable for both summer and winter. The windows have a high thermal and acoustic insulation power. We also suggest you to sit in one of the poolside tables in the evenings, maybe sip a good wine, enjoy the enchanting night illumination and even the singing of some lonely cricket ...

Flavio is an excellent host. He responds quickly to any questions and even arranged a wonderful wine tasting at an excellent local winery for us. The property is in a great location with a grocery store right across the street, the neighborhood is clean and felt safe. We walked everywhere. It was a pleasure to have Flavio as our host.

A must stay in Conegliano!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Conegliano! Flavio was more than accommodating! The house was very clean, the neighbourhood felt safe& the amenities especially the pool were amazing! The host set up a spectacular tour of a local winery! If you love Prosecco this is the town to stay! We highly reccomend staying with Flavio!

Peccato che Conegliano non sia stata apprezzata da Sean per la sua posizione strategica a 40 minuti da Venezia, 50 minuti da Cortina, ma soprattutto nella core zone delle colline del Prosecco patrimonio dell'Unesco. Alloggiare a Conegliano inoltre è molto più conveniente che a Venezia e fare ritorno da una gita giornaliera o da una degustazione di Prosecco e potersi rilassare nella nostra grande piscina è un piacere che è gradito da tutti i nostri ospiti. Bisogna saper vivere la vacanza organizzandosi nel migliore dei modi.

Very nice location, excellent pool size and allways very clean. Conegliano is a pretty city located near a lot of other interesting little towns. Flavio, the landlord, is very precise and gentle and always ready to support and help. Absolutely recommend this house.

Ældre men meget rene lejligheder. Der er 3 lejligheder i komplekset som deler pool vi havde lejet de 2 på 1. Sal.Virkelig lækker pool og pool område.Ligger centralt og med mange ting at lave i nærheden i køreafstand.Serviceminded udlejer dog med begrænsede engelske kundskaber men det gik fint.

Super saubere Anlage mit tollem Pool

Zuerst möchte ich noch einmal die Sauberkeit betonen. Wir hatten noch nie so ein sauberes Ferienhaus. Auch der Pool und der Außenbereich sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Flavio ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns eine wunderbare Weinprobe vermittelt. Er war sehr oft anwesend und hat gefragt, ob alles passt. Das mag für viele, die noch nicht oft in dieser Gegend waren sehr hilfreich sein, uns war es aber manchmal etwas zuviel. Zwei Dinge gehen meines Erachtens nicht richtig aus der Anzeige hervor: - Es handelt sich NICHT um ein Ferienhaus, sondern um drei Einzelappartments. Für 9 Leute hatten wir daher nur zwei dieser Appartements und haben dann vor Ort das dritte dazu gebucht, da wir ein Familienfest gefeiert haben und unter uns bleiben wollten - Das Haus liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, die gerade im Berufsverkehr stark befahren ist. Die Hausnummer ist nicht wie angegeben 78, sondern 163

Solo una precisazione: da 18 anni pubblichiamo l'annuncio con lo stesso titolo: "N. 2 APPARTAMENTI IN VILLA DI N. 3 APPARTAMENTI CON PISCINA PRIVATA" e anche dal testo di spiegazione tutti i nostri ospiti hanno sempre saputo cosa trovano; sul portale c'è anche l'annuncio per prenotare la villa intera ma voi avete prenotato l'annuncio con 2 appartamenti e avete occupato il terzo quando siete arrivati (che comunque era libero). La mia presenza è sempre molto discreta solo per pulire la piscina e per fornirvi qualche indicazione; non penso di essere stato invadente. Grazie ancora per averci fatto visita.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im sonnigen Italien

Sehr gut-gerne wieder!

Wohnung sehr gut gepflegt und sauber! Der Pool ist ein Traum. Es gibt sogar eine Tischtennisplatte. Netter Empfang, trotz später Anreisezeit. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und auch bei Hitze schön kühl.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Pool

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieter, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und ist wirklich ein Highlight. Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Tischfußballspiel. Der Supermarkt gegenüber ist sehr praktisch und sogar Sonntag vormittags geöffnet. Wir waren 2 Familien in den beiden größeren Wohnungen des Hauses. Die Gäste der kleinen dritten Wohnung haben uns an dem großen Pool nicht gestört. Conegliano liegt im Zentrum des Prosecco-Gebietes, Weingüter gibt es rundherum. Der Wochenmarkt am Freitag vormittag ist groß (Kleider, Haushaltswaren, Fisch usw.) und wir hatten ein paar Schnäppchen gefunden. Die Ausflüge nach Treviso und Venedig (wir empfehlen Zugfahrt für 23 € für eine Familie - Kinder bis 14 waren frei) waren sehr schön. Der Strand (hier hat uns der Vermieter Caorle empfohlen) ist wie bei Jesolo ein flacher schöner Sandstrand und mit dem Auto in ca.1 1/2 h zu erreichen. Es war sehr schön und angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Lage und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Innen und außen ist alles sehr gepflegt, der Pool macht den Urlaub perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!
