Located on the 7th floor with lift and fitted with 1 large balcony it enjoys panoramic views of the sea and beaches. It is 50 meters from the Midi beaches and near the port and the center of Cannes. It can accommodate 4 people. 1 parking space reserved for it. The decoration of this apartment is 42 square meters of design style, it is very functional (until safe) and air conditioned. The living room opens onto the balcony and contains 1 sofa bed and TV. WiFi - optical fiber. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dining area. 1 bedroom contains 2 single beds + TV.
