Munson Manor is all new inside with 5 bedrooms, 2 absolutely beautiful bathrooms, huge kitchen, dining area, 50 inch flat screen TV! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop, electric oven, all cooking utensils, massive refrigerator. First Floor Master bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom located privately behind the kitchen. There is also a queen bedroom on the first floor. Second floor consists of one queen bed, two full size beds. and a full bathroom. We have outside grilling with furniture to relax during the summer days!

Dave is originally from West Oneonta growing up at Woodhaven Golf Course that mom and dad built in 1965, just minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village. Andi & Dave now spend summer days in upstate NY helping families enjoy their special time. During the rest of the year time is spent in Baltimore, Md. (GO O's) and Melbourne, Fl.
Why they chose this property
1st Class Rental has been completely booked for the last 4 years. It is an ideal location as you can walk to Main Street, restaurants, and you are only 2 miles to All Star Village.
