Zentral gelegenes Haus

Wir haben zu dritt schöne Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr zentral und schön gelegen, die Küche und Badezimmer mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Für Langschläfer nicht geeignet, weil morgens LKWs in die Straße fahren - für uns war es ok. Das Doppelbett war in Ordnung, die beiden Einzelbetten waren leider sehr unbequem (Matratzen müssten mal getauscht werden und das eine Bett knarzt sehr laut und wirkt sehr instabil).

Tolle Lage, stimmungsvolle Einrichtung, aber praktische Nachteile

Das Haus hat eine super Lage und ist stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Leider gab es ein paar praktische Nachteile: - Es gab keinen Schrank zur Verfügung in den Zimmern, die Kleider mussten auf dem Boden gelagert werden. - Der Rost eines der Kinderbetten hat ziemlich gequietscht bei jeder Bewegung, selbst bei einem Kind von nur 30 kg. - Die ersten Tage hat das Haus sehr muffig und in manchen Bereichen sogar schimmlig gerochen. Durch intensives Lüften und die bereit gestellten Duftverdampfer ging es dann, in den Küchenschränken blieb es leider bis zum Ende der 2 Wochen so. En francais: - Dans les chambres il n'y a pas d'armoire du tout ou vide disponible pour mettre les vêtements, on est obligé de les mettre par terre. - Le sommier d'un lit de la chambre des enfants fait du bruit énorme avec chaque mouvement de la personne alongé dedans même si c'est un enfant de 30 kg. - Le point le plus desagréable était que la maison sentait pendant les premiers jours mauvais et même le moisi. Nous avons bien aéré les chambres et utilisé les évaporatuer de parfum fourni. Malheureusement dans les armoires de la cuisine l'odeur restait tout le temps.

Avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison tout confort, idéalement située, proche des Rochers, de la Plage de la joie, du supermarché, de la place du marché avec la conserverie et la vente des excellentes crêpes tous les jours en période de vacances scolaires. Point de départ de nombreuses balades sous un temps ensoleillé, ciel lumineux la dernière semaine d'octobre ! Rien à redire sur la propreté, l'accueil et la gentillesse de Richard qui remet les clés et se tient à disposition si besoin. Grande disponibilité, amabilité et conseils également de la part de la propriétaire que nous avons eue au téléphone. A recommander ! Merci Chrystel et Richard.

Liebevoll hergerichtetes älteres Haus in der Nähe der Küste und des Surfparadieses!

Als Familie mit zwei Teenagern (16/14) haben wir den Aufenthalt in Saint-Guénolé sehr genossen (5.-19.8.2017). In wenigen Metern steht man an den beeindruckenden Felsformationen und kann den Blick übers Meer schweifen lassen. Die Möwen erinnern schon früh am Morgen daran, wie nah das Meer ist. Perfekt für Surfer: La Torche ist mit dem Auto in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen - Wellen satt. Man kann aber auch vom Haus weg an der Küste entlang schön laufen (GR34). Der Strand bei La Torche ist viele Kilometer lang - feiner Sand! Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist ganz in der Nähe (100 m) und der Supermarkt am Ort ist absolut gut sortiert. Wir haben nie woanderes eingekauft. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Ebenso das Badezimmer. Nachteil: es gibt nur eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Wir haben allesamt gut geschlafen und gerne vor dem Haus gefrühstückt oder zu Abend gegessen. Unter der Woche fahren am Morgen allerdings immer wieder Laster (langsam) am Haus vorbei, um Konserven einzuladen. Der Ort ist eben noch vom Fischfang bzw. der Fischverarbeitung geprägt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
