Cozy apartment for 4 people in the historic center of Málaga. Very bright, being completely exterior, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartment is located next to the Cervantes Theater, just a few minutes away from Picasso's House, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, restaurants, leisure areas and endless activities. Optional parking space in the same building. Administrative license: VFT / MA / 03696

Bring your supplies

The location of this apartment was great. Pros: very nice apparent, well decorated. Nice-sized bedrooms and bathroom. Cons: need a bit of maintenance. Also, they provide only with 2 small toilette papers when we asked for one more they say no. There is no kitchen cloth or kitchen paper towels. So washing and drying the dishes was challenging. They provide only one Swedish dishcloth. Not even a drying rack! The apartment is on the second floor, on the street next to the building there are 2 restaurants and a theatre so at night you can hear the noises from the street (even with the windows closed.)

Dear Diego. Thank you very much for staying in our flat. Thank you also for giving us your impressions about the flat, so that we can improve the quality of our services. On your arrival you will find the flat with your utensils to start your stay. We would like to remind you that this is a holiday flat and if what you need are the characteristics of a hotel, you should have chosen another type of accommodation. At the entrance you will find bathroom amenities, toilet paper and a cleaning kit in the kitchen which is very much appreciated by our guests as it makes late arrivals and first nights easier. The flat does not have a drying rack because it has a washer-dryer, but if you had requested it, we would have brought it to the flat for your convenience. Just to clarify, the flat is located on the first floor, in the heart of the city and in a pedestrian zone, without cars. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you back. Apartment not prepared

It was clear that no one had checked out the apartment before we arrived because the refrigerator was broken, there were many items missing in the kitchen,.no paper towels or detergent or towels, or sufficient toilet paper. No basics like salt and pepper and olive oil, the air conditioning was hard to understand--hard to use instructions, tv channel remote not fully working,.etx. many annoying things. Help was select to fixing the fridge after one day and many other needs were ignored.

Es en frente al teatro Cervantes que ofrece en estas fechas, vista navideña de muy buen gusto. El apto es familiar, adecuado a nuestras necesidades. Sr. Fermín es muy atento y detallista. Recomendado por la limpieza y detalles. Todo ha estado muy adecuado.

An ideally located, spacious flat.

The apartment is situated overlooking a busy square near the Teatro Cervantes. It is surprisingly quiet given this location and we were not disturbed at night even when the square was still bustling with people in the early hours of the morning. The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of space for two. We had a problem with the WiFi during our stay which was resolved the next day. I would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Malaga.

Convenience, Decor and Location!

This apartment had all of the amenities we wanted and the decor was beautiful! The location is very convenient to the center of Malaga and therefore close to an abundance of shopping and eateries. Fermin was there to greet us upon our arrival and to answer any questions we had about the apartment as well as the surrounding area. There was underground parking for our car as well. I would highly recommend this property to others looking for style, convenience and location!
