Surroundedby untouched nature, the Luxury Villa Bella Vista with a swimming pool is an ideal accommodation for a luxury vacation in a peaceful and quiet place, away from any kind of noise. It is located nearBetina on Murter, in the middle of beautiful Dalmatia and its design and peaceful surroundings will provide you a relaxing vacation abroad. The Villa Bella Vista has access to the beach that is right in front of the villa. Those who want to create their own peaceful oasis while enjoying the sun and natural beauties will find this place a perfect destination.
The luxury Villa Bella Vista consists of a ground floor, where our guests can enjoy a spacious living room with TV and DVD, and on a rainy day here you can light a fire in our fireplace. Here you will find the main fully equippedkitchen and a dining table. From the living room, a big doorleads you to a beautiful terrace which is overlooking the sea. On the terraceis a table where guests can enjoy their meal at any time of the day or just sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful sight. The whole villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden (palm trees, agaves, rosemary, mandarin, etc).
Our guests can also use and enjoy the outdoor stone barbecue, but if you want we will be delighted to prepare meals on thebarbecue for you while you can enjoy your relaxation. In the yardare thepool and beach chairs where you can enjoy looking at the crystal blue sea and soak up the sun while refreshingyourself in the pool. The area around the pool has an outdoor shower, dressing room and bathroom, as well as a mini playground for children.
The first floor of the villa consists of two wings, each of them is divided into two floorswith its own staircase. In each wing, guests have access to three bedrooms with king-size beds and one room for the kids. Each wing has two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The open living area is equipped with a seating set, TV, and a DVD player. Here you will find one more kitchen. The exit from the living room leads you to a terrace with garden furniture, where during the day you can enjoy the view of the sea and the island of Murter, while in the evening you can listen to the sounds of nature and watch the starry sky.
All rooms in the villa have a TV, personal safe, non-allergenic pillows, and Wi-Fi internet access. You can choose between silk and cotton bed sheets which will be changed twice a week. Natural soaps and shampoos are also a part of our offer.
A 5.5 m boat may be available as a courtesy from the owner, subject to availability and technical condition. The boat is not included in the rental price. Guests may use it only with a valid boat licence or by hiring a skipper (not provided by the owner). Fuel costs are not included.

Great Vacation

We were simply impressed by the location and had the best vacation we ever had together with our group! Great house, great area, great pool, nice location directly at the sea and very nice and accomodate staff who gave us all the space we needed and fullfilled all our wishes if we had any. Amazing holiday in a wonderful villa!!

We spent a week in the villa for our family holiday, two families with an age range of 18 upwards. Everyone has a fantastic time, the villa was perfect. We hired a boat for the week so needed a villa close to the sea, we couldn't ask for one any closer than this villa. The villa is perfect for large groups of people as there are areas if you want some quiet time but also areas to have lots of fun as a group. The villa is a must but you will need either a car or a board due to it's location.

Excellent service

Completely beat our expectations! We were provided with five-star service at this beautiful villa on the Adriatic coast. From welcoming us with a bottle of rosé, to the small things like afternoon espresso by the pool. Rooms were clean, spacious, and air conditioned. Bathrooms were cleaned each day and with fresh towels.

Great vacation.

Great communication with Darijo can help with day trips, boats massages etc. Owner was very hospitable, friendly, although they live below the property which I didn’t expect it was an absolute pleasure to have them there. They really care and helped with everything we needed. I highly recommend and will be going back. His bbq Fish is also a must!!! Thank you.

Fantastic villa and location!

We spent a fantastic week at this villa. The setting is perfect, the villa is great (even better than the photos) and - above all - The owner and his family made us feel so welcome and were available whenever we needed to answer questions, help with anything we asked for and cook us delicious food when we wanted it. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional house

This place is exceptional! The house is nice and clean, the garden is wonderful. What makes this place great is kindness of it`s hosts! We have never encountered such nice and pleasant people. Great house!

Cosy house in an authentic Croatian neighborhood that we immediately liked. We had everything we needed for a laid back and relaxing holiday. Our host took great care of us and made us feel to be more than just guests to them... The facilities like aircondition or water supply worked all very well, beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, towels and other stuff for convenience are generously provided... We found the garden and the dining places outside very inviting and spent all meals outside. Pirovac is still a small town not too touched by tourism. Sea there is calm with shallow beach and very suitable for toddlers and small kids. With our teenage children we went to Murter for more cliffs and deep water experience... We went home with the scent of rosemary and Croatian warm bigheartedness lingering in or our car...

The house is nice and very quiet, perfect for families with small children. The owners were really kind and helpful. Pirovac is a lovely village. If you want to travel around, all nice places between Zadar and Split can be easily reached.

Memorable!

Do you know when you go to a place and you feel like home? I went to Pirovac with my partner and 5 more friends and we stay at this beautiful house. Owner made us a very warm welcome and make our stay pretty special. The house is lovely, it has all the stuff we needed in the kitchen for cooking and the wi-fi was working quite nice. What we really enjoy was the garden! It is the 3rd time I go to Pirovac (there is a lovely festival in Tisno every year where we usually go) and next time we go to Pirovac, I know where I have to book. Thanks a lot for this lovely experience!!

Great value for money

Great host provided us with all sorts of information regarding what to see and do, as well as where to eat. The house is as described, with plenty of space. The location is not so great but we enjoyed waking up in lovely surrounding. The outdoor terrace is great, and we enjoy eating and spending time there, especially at evening.

It completely exceeded our expectations! The host provided a five-star service at this beautiful villa on the Adriatic coast. The chef, did a tremendous job to serve us 2 meals per day while accommodating several different diets and allergies. Our whole group had nothing but positive feelings about our stay, and we all hope to return to this villa next year!
