The villa is oriented to families with children and groups who want to spend their vacation together in peace and quiet. The villa is not designed as a party house and it is necessary to adhere to house rules and regulations that do not allow disturbing public order. The house rules last from 10 pm to 7 am. Villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms with individual bathrooms, kitchen with a great dining room where the big dining table for 12 people dominates, and spacious living room.
Big bedroom with small living room, separate kitchen and terrace are situated in the attic. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Covered terrace with table for 12, as well as the grill and the swimming pool, will offer you refreshment during the hot summer days.
