2404 Maissons Sur Mer

This property was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, quiet, bright and safe. The owner was easy to work with and quickly responsive. It also has one of the best views in Myrtle Beach. Our family, including our grandkids had rented a house 2 blocks away and had no trouble visiting Maisson's and all that it has to offer. We had a fabulous vacation.

Just Perfect!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything from check in to check out was seamless! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one! Beautiful views and you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets while inside the condo or from my favorite place, the balcony! The balcony furniture is comfortable and a great place for meals, reading a book or just taking in the fantastic views. Marianne was so nice, helpful and fast to respond to any questions. Maisons grounds are so well kept and everyone we encountered were very friendly.We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!Our host

Beautifully Decorated Condo

We enjoyed two weeks here in this clean, beautifully decorated condo. Host Marianne was easy to work with and check in went smooth. This resort has been recently renovated. Very convenient to Tanger Mall and restaurants. Recommend it.

Great but…..

Marianne is very communicative and quick to respond. We had no issues with the unit. It was clean and comfortable. Our issue is with Maison Sur Mer. Because my husband’s truck was too tall to get in the garage, and they don’t allow luggage carts in the lobby, we were told we had to walk down to the garage to get a luggage cart. Then, we were to push it back up to the parking lot, load it and push it back down to the garage so we could access the elevator. Mind you, it is a steep ramp leading to the garage and we are both almost 70 years old. We opted to use our friend’s car, unload into it, then drive down to the carts, reload and go up to our unit. So ridiculous! Yet more than once there was a workman’s dirty cart sitting in the lobby. They are very rigid with their rules and rarely pleasant when conveying them. We won’t stay there again.

Perfect week!

Me, my husband, and my parents came to the beach for my 54th birthday. The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean and was well stocked with pans, utensils, a keurig coffee maker and more! The views were spectacular! The balcony was the perfect spot to drink coffee and watch the sun come up! We had a very relaxing week, this condo was the perfect spot!

Incredible views, very comfortable unit.

This is a great unit that has many positives, including the incredible views from the balcony. We could see nearly 30 miles down the coast on clear days. Maisons-sur-Mer is a great facility that we have stayed in many times. Great pool area, full-time security, easy beach access, quick elevators and a very convenient location. This penthouse unit has comfy furnishings and plenty of storage. The master bath has a large whirlpool tub and the second bath has a good shower. The kitchen has updated appliances buy could use better pots and pans (probably our only ding on the unit), but it was manageable for a rental unit. We will stay here again!

A wonderful home away from home

This condo was everything and more. It was the home away from home we were looking for for our two week stay. Mariannes communication was very quick and was sure to address anything we asked within minutes. The cupboards were full stocked, the furniture was so comfortable and you cant beat the view. We will return next uear, for aure.

A Five Star Experience

Our vacation at this beautiful penthouse condo could not have been more perfect! The condo is in immaculate condition, Marianne (the owner) was so pleasant and easy to book with and the views from the balcony were stunning! Superb vacation in the sun.

This is an impeccable, well appointed property that more than lives up to its billing. It is spacious, well decorated and contains many little touches and creature comforts that helped to make our six week stay comfortable and hassle-free. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary for home cooks (including an excellent selection of spices). The furniture is comfortable, linens are plentiful and of excellent quality and the view from the terrace is breath taking. Communication with Marianne was prompt and professional and security in the building is impressive but discreet. Highly recommended. We would love to return.

Friends Anniversary trip.

Our unit on the top floor was absolutely beautiful! We ate our meals looking out at the vast ocean every day. We loved the location as it was easy to get to everything we wanted. The only bad part was leaving. We would stay there again anytime!

Unexpected issues

Beautiful view, but had multiple issues we came across. The housekeeping was not complete items in dishwasher and left in dryer, floor in guest bath near toilet not clean, multiple doors did not lock, which was a safety issue with a four year old who could open them, broken piece of furniture on patio (chair missing arm). No storage places for dry goods except on counter. No tv available in master suite due to issues with the cable. Owner did try to assist, but it caused us to be the one awaiting service people and maintenance. No compensation was received for the inconvenience or time spent waiting on persons to remedy and evaluate issues which took time away from our vacation. Owner did communicate multiple times via email and text. The beds were comfortable, beach was nice and view was beautiful. Just not what was expected for the price we paid and for a penthouse listing.

Beautiful condo!

Just returned from spending a week at this wonderful condo. The place was spotless and was exactly as it’s shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the view from the 24th floor! Having 2 master suites was a bonus. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo, great location, right on the beach. During our stay master bedroom had 3 dirty empty buckets on the floor. Also ceiling had previously leaked and had black material stains present. All this was from the recent storm that had recently passed thru Myrtle Beach. Otherwise Condo was clean and well prepared.

Nice place

Marianne was quick to respond to our communications. The condo was lovely but we dealt with a roof leak all week. The property was nice but the “rules” were somewhat frustrating. You need a key card to move around the property, to get to the pool, the beach, back from the beach, etc. There was only one card for 4 of us. It took us a full day of talking with staff and emailing the owner to get a second one. After that we still had issues being locked out from areas. The view from the balcony was incredible.
